i put this on feet of kids at bed time and did so well with their colds works wonders

i use vapo rub daily... i suffer from migraines and it heats up my forehead and eases the pain... its great for colds and flu too

I rub it on my chest, put on cotton PJ's and snuggle into bed. I also put some under my nose and it helps my breathing the whole night.

I have been using this for years and love it! Recently I heard that if you put it on your childs' feet and then put socks on it will stop the coughing in 10-15 minutes, leaving a peaceful sleep. I have been doing this for the past week with my 4 yr-old and it has made my life SO much easier. He has always hated putting it on his chest, but he's actually gotten used to the feet. I guess the tickle fest helps!

I found that it deters my male dog from smelling female dogs in heat at the dog park as I put a wee bit under his nose. I found it useful to mask the horrid smell of a skunk when my dog was sprayed by one, it was a pleasant aroma to cover up the skunky smell.
