This is great stuff. If you have a cold or stuffed up head or chest, rub this on your chest before you go to bed and it should break it all up. I have also put it on my upper lip to open up my congested head.
Great in a humidifier as well.
My mom used it on me as a kid and now I use it on my son as well as myself.
This stuff will last forever, even if you're sick a lot, which is good. (The lasting ability, not the sickness!) It works great if you smear a little under your nose; it'll unplug your sinuses very quickly!
my boyfriend is an avid snorer, we tried it just a bit on his chest and the snoring has subsided substantially, not completely gone, but alot quieter. I also use it when I am feeling a little sick I rub it on my chest with a little right under my nose and I can breath sooooo much better, the only thing is that it is messy...
If you are stuffed up, rub in some vapo rub and the aroma opens up your breathing passages. The smell lingers and you will always remember it, so it it's like a cool, soothing hug.
I have used this product since I was a kid and now I still use it, and I now use it on my family as well. IT is very soothing used as a rub as well for sore muscles.
love vicks!!! it rlly works but i wouldnt use it if your going somewhere it does have a strong smell but overall Great
Vicks Vaporub has been around for ages and is a definite classic with many uses. I rely on it completely when I have a cold - it's very soothing to rub on the chest or around a sore nose. It's also good to rub on the temples to relieve a headache, and you can put a teaspoon of it into hot water and breathe in the soothing vapors.
I especially like the fact that it lasts a long time, and that it's thick and doesn't dry or wear off.
I always keep this on hand. It feels great when you have a cold, you can just feel it working, and I actually like the smell. I put it on my son's feet when he has a cough and it seems to work.
