I love shower melts because everyone doesn’t have a bathtub. Vick’s is a household name and I love that progress as a brand. These tablets are suppose to help with congestion and opening up those passages. I use it when I’m in the bath, I just toss one in the path of the water. They are pricey kind of and they come in various quantities depending on the store like CVS sells a 5 pack and I think Walmart has a 3 pack. Next time I will just sit in the bathroom instead of showering because it melted fast but I take long showers. They offer a lavender scent to help with sleep. Definitely recommend.
