This was the reason why I decided to purchase eye primers. The tube and narrow opening (before they moved to a container similar to a lip gloss one) allowed a small amount of the cream to be dispensed as needed. It went on smooth with a slight hint of a tint. Eye shadows stayed on longer with more intensity than without.

Pricewise, it was on the moderate end, but was made more affordable using the coupons that they often offered.

Unfortunately, this and the entire makeup line from VS has been discontinued. It was great while it lasted.
