Fantastic Frying Pan

This was a great sturdy quality frying pan.
Large surface for plenty of cooking space.
Evenly heated food throughout. Never really needed to move food around as it cooked just fine in place.
The non stick feature and cleaning was easy with caked on food coming off simply with just water.
Highly recommend pan and would love to try more products of theirs.

High Quality

I had high expectations for the Vida Elite Series Clad Frypan from Paderno and I'm quite impressed with how well it performs with a variety of different foods and cooking methods. Vida Elite has a 3-layer clad construction, which provides even and fast heating. I found it didn't matter what I was cooking, the pan heated up quickly and the aluminim core distributed the heat evenly for perfect cooking. I've been moving away from non-stick cookware because I'm concerned about the health effects, so Vida Elite Clad Frypan puts my mind at ease with its 18/10 stainless steel interior, which is non-reactive to food. So what have I made so far in my new favourite frying pan? I made a full breakfast of bacon, eggs, and pancakes. I made a nice batch of chicken fried rice, which came out awesome. I even cooked a chicken dish in the oven using this pan. Yes, it's oven safe up to 500°F! I also love that it's dishwasher safe. I have used clad cookware before, so I know all the little tricks, like being generous with cooking oil to ensure the bottom of the pan is coated. A hot clad pan is also your friend in creating that perfect dish. People who are wary about making the switch, it's easy! And it would put your mind at ease to not have to rely on non-stick cookware. Overall, I'm highly impressed with the Vida Elite Series Clad Frypan. I would expect no less from Paderno and they have definitely delivered in terms of quality and performance.

Thank you for the opportunity to test this frying pan. She has become a favorite and irreplaceable in my kitchen. It was my first stainless steel frying pan, and I had to get used to it a little, and as soon as I realized it, I can't do without it now. All the dishes resemble the taste from childhood, my grandmother had a lot of such pans. Definitely with pleasure I will replenish my kitchen with more such devices. Thanks to Butterly and Paderno for the opportunity to try and discover this dish.

Beautiful fry pan

I received the Vida by PADERNO Elite Series 3-Layer Frying Pan, Dishwasher & Oven Safe, Stainless Steel to product test. My current regular cookware are Paderno so I was expecting the same high quality and durability from this pan - I was not let down. This pan heated evenly, cooked my food beautifully, and washed easily. The light weight but heavy duty bottom meant that I could easily saute but also not worry about burning my food. Well done Paderno I'm very happy with this new addition to the kitchen set!

Quick, even heating!

I LOVE this pan! It has a timeless look to it (love the stainless steel), and is incredibly easy to cook with and clean. As long as you preheat the pan, nothing sticks to it and cleaning it is a breeze!

I love the sides that are made for being able to pour out instead of scooping your meal out. They make it so much easier.

The even cooking heat on the sides and bottom of the frypan made it so easy to cook my meals evenly.

The best part is being able to pop it right into the oven! Totally oven safe.

Paderno Pleasure

As a long time user of Paderno products, when the opportunity arose to test the new Elite Series 3 for FREE through Butterly - I was over joyed to be selected. Right out of the box, you can feel the quality - not super heavy like cast iron, not super light like most lower end pans, but just the right weight. Couple that with the comfortable handle and excellent craftsmanship, you have a solid pan that will last for years. I followed the protocol for stainless pans (ensure oils are heated to medium before cooking) and made an omelette for its maiden voyage. Not only did it cook evenly, there was little to no sticking. This pan washed up like a dream with hot soapy water and a dish cloth. I would also like to note that this pan is not just for frying.... you can transfer it to the oven as well for one pot dishes. Highly recommended and would purchase again should I need to replace it for whatever reason!

Great pan for household use!

After seasoning the pan to be non stick, I made eggs and potatoes on it and it worked great! Not even one thing stuck on the pan. I would definitely recommend this pan for household use.

Fantastic kitchenware

Thank you so much for sending this awesome 11 inch stainless steel PADERNO Elite Series 3-Layer Frying Pan. I was so excited to use this pan and thought to cook pasta with sautéed veggies.

This is a perfectly sized pan to be used in the home kitchens. That’s enough space to get the entire food cooked without getting it overcrowded. This pan is oven-safe up to 500 deg F, dishwasher safe and it suitable for use on all types of stovetops , including induction.

I always prefer to use stainless steel pans and pots in my kitchen. I am very happy with this product and highly recommend it. 👍

Love ‘em-Great Cookware

Just used and absolutely loved it it’s cooks really well .I am pleased with the quality &it’s gonna last forever.Heat distribution is evenly and respond quickly to heat level changes
At first I took moment before touching handle while cooking but I must say the handle remain fairly cool while cooking.The pan cleaned up easily & comes with the care instructions.My personal experience for easy clean is to soak the pan for sometime works great ,don’t hv to scrub hard .This is the nicest quality stainless steel pan I have ever owned .So far it’s my go to Pan when cooking and will definitely be owing few more from this range PADERNO. Highly recommended !!!!!!
