The Vida frying pan works great. It cooks grilled cheese sandwiches to perfection. The pan fried up some beautifully golden Perogies. I would recommend this pan to anyone who is looking for a universal pan. It is a little heavy, but I liked that.

With enough olive oil or grape seed oil, there is no sticking. Clean-up is a breeze. The pan fits into the dishwasher and there is no need for extra scrubbing.

The best frying pan

I have say it’s actually the best to have this frying pan. I am so pleased of good it worked for making my delicious dinner.

I like that this one is oven and dishwasher safe.

Good stainless steel pan

Pros: Love how this type of pan can go in the oven & is nontoxic. It was also a pleasant surprise that the handle stayed cool to touch on my gas stovetop. This pan had good heat distribution, thanks to its triple metal layer design. It can also go in the dishwasher - it cleaned very well and was spotless even after charring steaks on it!
Cons: If used properly (heat pan & oil prior to use) - it does NOT stick. However when cooking dumplings, it did require a bit more oil to prevent burning than I personally prefer. For high moisture foods like veggies & meat I had no concerns and used the same amount of oil as usual.
Summary: This pan is like a cast iron in terms of versatility. Depending on what you're cooking it may be slightly higher stick/oil demanding. However unlike other pans, it doesn't require maintenance or have residue buildup concerns. So far I've cooked steak, veggies, pasta, fish, & curry in this pan, and the sticking concerns aren't as bad as I thought it would be. Vida by Paderno beat my expectations!

Best Pan I have ever had!

This pan is the best pan I’ve ever had! When cooking it always keeps an even temperature throughout. I was concerned since it is a large pan and I have a glass top stove that it won’t heat the edges but not the case even with a full pan of food, specifically meat which I usually opt for a smaller pan. Strongly suggest this for large families it’ll be your saving grace! I am very impressed. Easy to clean too and doesn’t burn my food, it doesn’t even stain. My new go to Pan! I’m recommended this to my family members too. Also I was surprised when pouring out excess oil (hehe oops) it didn’t drip down the side so it keeps the bottom of the pan clean, love that! Also when I saw the handle I was concerned it’ll get hot while cooking, nope it stayed cool. 100% get this pan you won’t regret it!
