Great frying pan!

I was hesitant to use a stainless steel pan as in the past, I found them very hard to clean. This one was great! The food cooked very evenly with good heat distribution and the pan cleaned easily afterwards. I also loved that the handle didn't get hot at all.

Pan that makes it easy!

The pan is super easy to clean and makes amazing steaks. Heats evenly and doesn't stick at all. Once in the dishwasher it comes back out looking brand new.

Perfect size, depth, and cook!

This frying pan is so strong, the perfect size to cook a whole meal, it's sturdy and just an overall great cooking experience. You don't have to be a professional chef to use this, it's so easy to understand and can be used for so many different types of dishes! It's just perfect. Love it.

Food sticks to this pan

This pan is a convenient size. It warms up quickly and cooks well at a lower temperature than my other pans. However food sticks to the bottom of the pan even after preheating the oil. It is difficult to clean off the stuck on food, and after cleaning there are permanent stains left in the pan, even after just one use.

I love my new Vida by Paderno Elite series Pan

I received my Vida by Paderno pan and was so excited to use it. The Pros - super lightweight, cooks food evenly, stainless steal, the Cons - A little harder to clean then a non stick pan, needs more oil then a non stick pan. Overall I loved this frying pan, it was so much lighter then my other frying pans, which made it easier to lift it during plating my food and so much easier to clean it and dry it without added weight. It cooked my fried potatoes perfectly. I am looking forward to getting some good usage out of this pan for quite some time. It feels like amazing quality and like it will be around for a very long time in my kitchen. You do have to make sure that you read up on how to properly use the frying pan or you may have issues with your food sticking. Make sure your pan is preheated (water dances around the pan, not just evaporates) and then add your oil (cover the bottom of the pan) and heat it up before adding your food.

Paderno’s Vida Elite Series stainless steel clad frypan is my new go to pan!!
Cooks perfectly and evenly, and cooks fast! Was very impressed. I also like that it’s suitable for all cooktops, including induction, as well. Will definitely be purchasing more from this series!

Perfect!

Perfect!! light and perfect for preparing my recipes. kitchen equally. Time for cook is perfect too. I just miss one cover for this pan. I love my pan.

Stellar performance

This pan does everything that I needed to do. The handle grip is very comfortable and it did not burn my food with its sleek metal surface.

New Fave Pan

I tried this pan on the weekend to make ground beef for tacos. It heated up quickly and so evenly. Nothing stuck to the pan even though I was cooking on a higher than normal temperature. The pan isn't too heavy so its easy to lift, shake and pour whatever your cooking into the bowl. It also cleaned up so invariably easy
