Excellent quality and easy to clean

My husband and I cook most of our meals at home, and we believe it is always worth it to invest in high quality cookware. We are really impressed with the quality of this pan!!

It heats up quickly and evenly on our gas stove, and it works well for different type of preparations. Regardless if you want to fry, sauté, cook or sear - this pan got you covered!
It is sturdy, high quality and not excessively heavy, and I love how easy it is to clean both by hand or in the dishwasher!!

Great stainless steel pan

This product is built to last, it's a stainless-steel pan that heats evenly, it can be used in the oven, and is dishwasher safe.
If you preheat it works amazing, you can cook anything, and it won't stick. Easy to clean and maintain, great quality. Definitively a good alternative to Teflon or cast iron.

Overall great pan!

The Vida by Paderno pan is not only a beautiful looking pan, but it functions so well! The handle is well-designed and feels great in your hands - it gives you good control and feels really balanced; and it's always a plus to have the handle be made of the same material to allow the pan to be used in the oven too without issue. The pan cooks food evenly and the walls of the pan are at a great angle (not too sloped so if you try to toss or flip whatever you're cooking it works well and doesn't accidentally send food flying, lol). We also tried cleaning it by hand & in the dishwasher and found that either way, it cleaned up beautifully. Definitely recommend this product and we're looking into getting the other, larger size too.

Excellent Quality Stainless Steel Frying Pan!

Such an excellent frying pan! I am amazed at the quality of the pan and the elevated cooking style. We are a young family who rely on quick 20-30 min meals. It's my favourite pan at the moment. This pan does it ALL. Cook, Sautee, Fry, Bake - and then stick it in the dishwasher with no damage! It's the perfect kitchen product for families on the go with limited time. As long as it is heated up properly before use, (which users of stainless steel would know!) it works like a dream. I was able to make 4 different style eggs at the same time, nothing stuck or moved around. It has a good weight with even heat distribution throughout the pan. Very impressive. Used with a gas range.
But a reminder: if you don't pre-heat properly, it won't work!

Awesome frying pan

This frying pan is awesome and such a great addition to an already fantastic line. Cooks fast, non stick and easy to clean. Even easy for my teen son!

Fantastic pan

I have never cooked with clad pans before but I am a convert. I love that they are easy to clean without the nasty non stick Teflon. I followed th e directions to heat then coat the pan with oil which made everything non stick. The pan heated very evenly and cooked my meal so nicely. No burnt edges, just nice even browning. I use an electric range so often it is difficult to control the heat but I felt that this pan helped maintain the temperature. I also tried making focaccia in it in the oven and it worked perfectly. I love that the whole thing can go in the oven with no worry of melting handles and it was easier to remove with oven mitts than a traditional baking sheet. Once again it heated evenly and the bread didn’t stick. Cleanup was a breeze. It went easily into the dishwasher and dried so nicely with no water spots. I am a total convert to cladware and I think this paderno fry pan will be purchased as gifts for my entire family.

Fantastic frying pan!

I recently got the chance to try out a new cookware frying pan from Paderno and LOVED it!
The pan is clearly heavy duty & well made but not a clunker. The handle is very sturdy with plenty to grab hold of. It did not get hot to the touch
Since I'm not a huge fan of non-stick/Teflon coating, this pan was exactly what I like. The pan was also deeper than I expected and I was very happy about that.
I tried it out by making a beef & broccoli dish to be served over rice. Even browning the beef, I had no issues with sticking. I followed the guidance on how to use (like preheating the pan) and had ZERO issues. We're a hand washing house and this came clean super easy with a sponge, although it is dishwasher safe.

Great Pan

We’ve used this pan daily for a week cooking steak, stir fry chicken and vegetables to name a few dishes. Everything turned out great. The pan heats up quick and evenly on my induction stove. I haven’t noticed any warping yet. The interior bottom is approximately 10” and the top opening is 11”. Handle was comfortable and I thought the pan was lightweight for its size. Clean up was a snap when pan is preheated before adding oil and then food. For stuck on food, boiling water in the pan for a few minutes makes clean up easy. This pan would have been even better if a lid came with it. My wife who prefers using nonstick even thinks this is a great pan.

Amazing pan

I had the great opportunity to try the Vida by Paderno Stainless Steel Clad Frypan for #free for my honest review. First off, i noticed the shape of the handle, which was easy for me to grip with my arthritic hands.I made my meal entirely in this pan other than the boiling of the potatoes. It was amazing. I love this frying pan from #Paderno This frying pan is a 3 layer stainless steel huge pan. It can go into the oven as well as stovetop. I used it on my stovetop to make a Beef stirfry. It cooked all the meat and vegetables evenly. It cooked it really quickly and there was lots of room for all my many ingredients. I highly recommend this frying pan from #vidapaderno
