Best Pan I have ever had!

This pan is the best pan I’ve ever had! When cooking it always keeps an even temperature throughout. I was concerned since it is a large pan and I have a glass top stove that it won’t heat the edges but not the case even with a full pan of food, specifically meat which I usually opt for a smaller pan. Strongly suggest this for large families it’ll be your saving grace! I am very impressed. Easy to clean too and doesn’t burn my food, it doesn’t even stain. My new go to Pan! I’m recommended this to my family members too. Also I was surprised when pouring out excess oil (hehe oops) it didn’t drip down the side so it keeps the bottom of the pan clean, love that! Also when I saw the handle I was concerned it’ll get hot while cooking, nope it stayed cool. 100% get this pan you won’t regret it!

Totally amazed with this Pan!

First of all thank you! This Pan is amazing. I have a gas stove and usually with my most of other cookware I own, I need to find the perfect heat in between so I don't burn my Food or it's gets cold. With this Paderno Pan, I didn't need to. It heats up quickly but also if you put the heat level down it's still perfectly cooking. It doesn't stick and easily to wash. So happy to own this.

Great even cook

Very even heat distribution from the materials of the frypan and also the shape (not so curved sides). Didn't have any issues with the food sticking. I like how it is compatible with a variety of cooktops and oven / dishwasher safe.

Love the stainless steel

I've only ever used other cookware and using stainless steel is a game changer. Definitely recommend this for anyone looking for high quality cookware

Most amazing & convenient

Its very convenient to use on any modes be it gas or oven. I have gas stove at home unlike other houses in Canada and find it difficult to get goos utensils that don’t turn charcoal easily. This one is a perfect fit

Vida PADERNO Frypan

I was excited to try this product as I have a gas stove, its been s challenge to find quality products that can withstand the high heat. I have used this pan for over a week everyday and happy to review the great quality of this product. My food tastesgreat and it's cooked evenly. Definitely reccomend this Frypan.

Tried it and liked it

I tried it out- I have a video of what I cooked in it, made some sauteed shrimp, nothing stuck to it. You have to add some olive oil and or butter to your pan first, it heats up super fast so put at medium heat, not high. All the shrimp came out cooked evenly. Thank you to Paderno and thank you to Butterly.

Great pan for everyday use!

I was very excited to receive this Vida by Paderno clad fry pan to try out! The size is perfect for what I cook most days, so it will definitely get lots of use. I use a lot of clad cookwear, though moreso pots than pans. My main pans have a non-stick coating, so it was a bit of an adjustment using this pan - just needed to read up on it a little. My first attempt was very successful, no sticking. Second time I had some of the sauce I was using burn onto the pan, and it was a bit harder to get off, even with washing it soon after use. A little trial and error getting used to something new, next time I’ll add that sauce at the end rather than trying to cook in it.
It says it is dishwasher safe, though it’s not the recommended cleaning method. Personally I stick to hand washing for pots and pans, so can’t speak to the dishwashing.
It distributes the heat well, all my food so far has come out great!
I also like that it can go in the oven - my non-stick pans can not, which has resulted in making more dishes for myself when I need to transfer things to a baking sheet/dish for that part of some recipes. Being all metal, this one can safely go in the oven for recipes that require that :)

PADERNO Elite Series 3-Layer Frying Pan

We recieved the PADERNO Elite Series 3-Layer Frying Pan completely free from Butterly and Paderno, to test and provide an honest review. I put the Elite Frying Pan to the ultimate test, crepes! The stainless steele cooking surface cooked evenly, and toasted the surface of the crepes without sticking. The pan has exceeded expectations in searing vegetables, and pan-fry breakfasts. I have always trusted Paderno cookware, and the VIDA by Paderno is top quality!

Great Frying Pan ever!

This very versatile 3-layer frying pan is amazing! You can use it on a variety of ovens which is incredible! It heated up quickly and evenly. The handle did not get hot. It was excellent for sautéing vegetables with minimal spray/oil and was easy to clean.
Highly recommend this - gone are my Teflon days!
