The Vida by PADERNO Elite Series 3-Layer Frying Pan is a must have for your cookware line-up. This is not the first clad cookware pan we have, but it works so much better! I made chicken parm and pre-heated the pan, as well as the oil and it was probably the most moist piece of chicken I have ever had! The pan was nice and large to fit a few pieces and evenly cooked regardless of where the chicken was in the pan. The best part was I was able to add sauce and cheese and finish it in the oven since it is oven safe up to 500-degrees. The pan is hefty so you know you are getting a quality product. We have a gas range and it cooked perfectly on it. I would highly recommend this frying pan regardless of what type of stove you have!

I received this paderno pan to try for free in exchange for my honest review and this pan is awesome. I have purchased many different pans over the years but this one is superior to all of them. Food doesn’t stick, it heats and cooks evenly, and perhaps best of all it washes up like a dream in the dishwasher. I’m going to purchase more products from this line.

Durable Product

I really like the size of the pan. It’s sufficient to cook one time meal. It’s base is not to heavy nor to light. Perfect for cooking and even frying. I cooked pasta on medium heat and the base didn’t burnt and got cleaned easily.

I have experience using paderno products and so far have found them to be good.I have an electric cooktop and I decided to cook one of my favourite deserts,that is tricky to cook with most frying pans without sticking and I wanted to put this pan to a test.First I washed the pan in luke warm water,soap and a gentle sponge and at a slow heat steaming water in it before use.This trick helps it to not stick while cooking.I was happy to see it features surround heat try ply as claimed

I always prefer to cook on medium heat,which is usually the perfect heat setting for most pans in my house hold,though it might be different for other users using gas or other cooktops and my food cooked evenly,did not stick and the this was easy to clean and still looked brand new,like I never used it before.Cleans well and this is a good size pan.Am pleased with the width.The handle did not get hot,but was warm and you can still hold without getting burnt.There was abit of a weight to it ,which is great for heat distribution and is made with the try ply construction to enhance the quality and use of the item in avoiding food sticking and keeping the pan in control for multiple uses and still remain in good shape and maintaining a good finish.I would definitely stay away from steel wires when cleaning kitchenware stainless steel pans,once they scratch the surface there is no going back and that will always make you frustrated.I am very pleased with this pan and would recommend for anyone to try Paderno.

I'm involve with this fry pan

The pan itself is beautiful, top quality material, easy to use . It cooks even , and cleaning the fry pan was easier than expected . I've cooked 3 meals with it since I received it and it hasn't changed the outcome or quality. I was also able to fit 10 drumsticks in the fry pan.

Definite asset in the kitchen for all cooks

I received this frying pan free to test and I wasn't disappointed. I have used it several times make ng sauces, frying chicken and in the oven. Each and every time I have used it, the heat was so evenly distributed that nothing burned and I was also able to maintain a lower temperature when cooking. My other stainless frying pan always burned my food and needed to always increase the temperature. Even when not mixing, the paderno pan never burned my food. So the claim for even heat distribution was very true and consistent. It performed excellently in the oven when I made a fillet of sole in tomato sauce, no burning at bottom of pan like my old stainless pan. Washing the Paderno pan was super easy, I let it soak and just wiped. It is a large size but it was useful for me because overflow of what I cooked or fried stayed in the pan unlike my old stainless pan. I was also able to lift it with one hand so it's not heavy but solid enough to get the job done. It cooked my chicken thoroughly and evenly, no burning, same with my fish and beef macaroni. I initially had reservations but I was pleasantly surprised at the great performance. I would definitely recommend this frying pan whether you are cooking for yourself or a large family. I would definitely but one

Kitchen must have!!

Omg where do I start? From the aesthetic to the actual performance of this beautiful frypan, I just cannot get enough. Cooking has never been more enjoyable because the pan heats up evenly and so quickly, my onions no longer stick to the pan they literally slide and move effortlessly across the pan. I love the depth and the rolled edges make pouring a breeze!

I definitely need to collect the rest of the collection because this has been a serious game changer in my cooking department!
