Amazing Paderno Frying Pan

Wow loving my new complimentary Paderno Elite fry pan ! Heats quickly, cooks evenly, clean up a charm. Saves time all around having used it 4 times this week. Can't wait to add to my Paderno collection !

Best stainless steel pan I've used!

I've been slowly transitioning all of my T-fal non-stick pans over to cast iron & stainless steel, and I was very impressed by this pan! I started with the pan on medium heat and poured a little water to test that it was heated enough by looking for the water beading when in the pan. My first times cooking with it have been great! It heats quickly & is evenly distributed. I haven't had a problem with food sticking to the pan at all, which was a problem with other stainless steel pans I've use before. I reallt like that the handle of the pan is thick & doesn't get too hot when cooking, which makes for easier maneuvering. It has been a great addition to my expanding collection of stainless and cast iron pots & pans! I will definitely be looking into buying more from this collection.

A great pan for induction ovens

The Vida by PADERNO Elite Series 3-Layer Frying Pan is a great asset to any kitchen but especially those with induction ovens. It heats quickly and effectively and has good heat distribution so you don't get cold spots in parts of the pan. You just have to remember this is a clad frying pan so you don't need the heat as high as normal and you should use a touch of oil to stop things from sticking. Its easy to wash and can go in the dishwasher too.

Amazing quality!!

I received this frying pan free to try out in exchange for my review and I must say I was impressed! It is an amazing quality stainless steel frying pan with even heat distribution. By properly preheating the pan I was able to cook everything on it without anything sticking. I love this as I am trying to stay away from Teflon and non-stick coated pans. The pan was also very easy to clean by hand and it also is dishwasher safe which is an added bonus!

Colle beaucoup

C'est un rapport qualité-prix correct. J'ai un four à induction et cela fonctionne bien. Je me considère comme ayant pas mal d'expérience en cuisine, ayant travaillé en restauration et pour cuisiner beaucoup à la maison. Ce poêlon fonctionne bien pour faire cuire des aliments avec beaucoup de gras ou beaucoup de liquide. Saisir ou griller n'est pas efficace car cela colle beaucoup malheureusement. Il se nettoie bien avec un trempage et un petite éponge légèrement abrasive.
Il semble être de qualité durable, avec un fond en un seul morceau c'est plus résistant aux grandes chaleurs. Reste à voir à long terme s'il résistera...

Excellent quality and easy to clean

My husband and I cook most of our meals at home, and we believe it is always worth it to invest in high quality cookware. We are really impressed with the quality of this pan!!

It heats up quickly and evenly on our gas stove, and it works well for different type of preparations. Regardless if you want to fry, sauté, cook or sear - this pan got you covered!
It is sturdy, high quality and not excessively heavy, and I love how easy it is to clean both by hand or in the dishwasher!!

Great stainless steel pan

This product is built to last, it's a stainless-steel pan that heats evenly, it can be used in the oven, and is dishwasher safe.
If you preheat it works amazing, you can cook anything, and it won't stick. Easy to clean and maintain, great quality. Definitively a good alternative to Teflon or cast iron.

Great Pan!

I have been reaching for this pan a lot lately! It's easy to use and I'm a fan of the large size. I like the sleek look and the fact that it has rolled edges for mess-free pouring. It cooks the food evenly and I didn't have any problems with food sticking. Docking a star because the pan can be a little hard to clean at times. #gotitfree

Overall great pan!

The Vida by Paderno pan is not only a beautiful looking pan, but it functions so well! The handle is well-designed and feels great in your hands - it gives you good control and feels really balanced; and it's always a plus to have the handle be made of the same material to allow the pan to be used in the oven too without issue. The pan cooks food evenly and the walls of the pan are at a great angle (not too sloped so if you try to toss or flip whatever you're cooking it works well and doesn't accidentally send food flying, lol). We also tried cleaning it by hand & in the dishwasher and found that either way, it cleaned up beautifully. Definitely recommend this product and we're looking into getting the other, larger size too.

Disappointing

While the size & weight of the pan is great for everyday cooking, unfortunately the heat does not distribute evenly on the pan thereby food will be cooked unevenly. I also noticed that the pan is prone to food sticking so it requires adding a bit more oil.
