Great Baking Dish!

Absolutely love this ceramic baking dish! I recently baked an apple crisp in it and it cooked evenly and was super easy to clean! I love the orange colour for fall. Its durable, scratch resistant, and makes the perfect serving piece as well! I can't wait to bake more in it with it and share with friends and family.

I was grateful to be sent Vida by PADERNO Rectangular Ceramic Baking Dish for free for testing purposes, and I put it to the test! It said scratch-resistant so I tested cutting my focaccia in the baking dish to serve right away. I love how this dish is stylish enough to present from oven-to-table. The glossy finish provides long-lasting durability, the handles are easy to lift while wearing oven mitts AND I love that it is dishwasher, oven, and microwave-safe!
The colour is perfect for hosting my first thanksgiving in my new home, I am so excited to use this dish again and again for years to come!
