Easy to use

This pan is really great quality and easy to use. I like that the non-stick coating is PFOA free, my quiche didn’t stick at all. It also has the removable bottom to make it really easy to pop out and serve. The only thing that I didn’t love was how big it is. It’s 11” and most pie crusts fit a 9” pan, so the quiche it made was really shallow and didn’t have a lot of flaky crust.

Great Pan

I love the weight and size of this pan! The functionality of removing the plate underneath is so cool. It makes the de-molding process so easy which I appreciate (as I'm not much of a baker). Note: I received this product for free in exchange for my honest review.
