Learning curve but turned out great!

This is my first time using silicone bakeware. It was a bit of a learning curve trying to figure out how long to bake the mini muffins (much longer than the recipe called for surprisingly!) but they turned out great!! The mini muffin pan has a nice structured frame that makes picking it up easy. Getting the muffins out of the pan was a DREAM! You pop them up from the bottom and they come out perfectly. No need to cooking spray, these were non-stick! Now that I know the basics of silicone bakeware, I really like it and would buy more!

24 Mini Muffins

I have never used silicone cookware before and have always been a bit hesitant. The 24 cup mini muffin pan was quick to cook the cupcakes and was able to be handled fairly quickly. I really liked that I was able to pop the cupcakes out individually. For the most part they came out fairly easy, but quick pop out and easy clean up. I will for sure be using this pan again to make mini muffins, cupcakes and even brownies.

Amazing muffin pan!

Ok - I am officially converted into a silicon muffin pan user! This is my first time trying one of these pans, I’ve always stuck to the metal ones. I received this pan free in exchange for an honest review. This pan is very easy to clean, and has a steel reinforced frame so it has some sturdiness to it, I was able to hold it in one hand without it flipping around. Food does not stick to it. I used a higher fat item in it and a low fat recipe and nothing stuck inside. Everything came out very easily and being able to pop it out from the bottom is a great feature. It’s oven and freezer safe, odour resistant and BPA free which I love. I would definitely recommend this pan to anyone regardless of level of comfort in the kitchen. It’s a great product to have on hand and makes baking a seamless task.

I’m so excited about this product. I love everything about it. Especially that is non-stick, easy to clean and the muffins just pop right out because of the silicone brand. That simple. It’s BPA free and dishwasher safe. I’ve made red velvet cupcakes for my kids, niece and nephews. They loved how small and tasty bite nice muffins looked. I would recommend this product for anyone that loves to bake. 👩‍🍳🧁

Must use two hands

I was sent the Vida by PADERNO Silicone Non-Stick Mini Muffin Pan to test out and review. At first look I was so excited to try a silicone baking item as I have not tried one yet.
After getting my batter into the mini openings I found it very flimsy and that two hands are needed to put the tray in and out of the oven.
I also thought it would be relatively easy to get the muffins out when they were done but I found that a bunch of the bottoms fell off or stuck to the tray. I did put too much batter in a few of the holes so I will try again using less batter to see if they come out easier next time.
Over all I would give this a 4 stars out of 5

So easy to use and love how it's non stick!

I love how this muffin tin is non-stick. I made some protein powder choc chip muffins and typically I would need to grease the pan or use muffin cups but with this silicone pan, I didn't need to! My muffins did not stick at all and came off very cleanly. I also just love how it's silicone vs. tin so it fits nicely (and quietly!) into my baking drawer.

I've been selected to test out the Vida Mini Muffin Pan by Paderno thanks Butterly in exchange for my own thoughts!

I was pretty thrilled to be selected for this one, as me and my daughter love to bake together. I currently to do not own a non-stick mini muffin pan but now I do and it will get a lot of use out of it.

We made oatmeal chocolate chip muffins to test out and I was worried about the pan warping on 400°F (since it's silicone) but it didn't! It can bake up to 465°F.

After few minutes of cooling down, we just popped it right out and it came out perfectly. None stuck to the pan at all.

It's also BPA free and odor resistant! Thanks again for sending it to me

I love this!

Thanks to Butterly, I received this product for free in exchange for my honest review. I am an avid baker and do not have a mini muffin pan in my baking cupboard so I was excited to try this. I decided to make donut holes as you can see from the pictures. I loved this high quality pan that was silicone based (which made the holes so easy to release), BPA free (yes!) and the fact that it can withstand very high temperatures as well as freezing temperatures (useful for putting my baked goods in the freezer). I was also very impressed with the sturdy handles and the sturdy base that didn't make this pan "floppy" as some silicone products usually are. I look forward to making more mini desserts in this very versatile and high quality bakeware!

Rise Well

I was going to test my Paderno Vita mini muffin pan making bite size brownies but realized i didn’t have chocolate chips so opted to make mini apple cinnamon muffins instead. To do a fit test, i baked some of the muffins in my metal mini muffin tray. As you can see by the muffin pic, the muffin on the left rose much higher than the muffin made in the metal pan. The bottom also didn’t get hard and crispy and stayed nice and soft. I was also pleased with the non-stick. I didn’t oil the silicone tray and the muffins easily popped out when i pushed up the bottoms. Most of the metal ones were still stuck even after i oiled the pan and i needed to loosen with a knife. Overall i am very happy with this product and look forward to baking more!

Making Muffins is a Breeze!

I’m so excited about this product! I’m a mom of 4 kiddos and make muffins every few days. This is the easiest it’s been because of the Vida by PADERNO Silicone Non-Stick Mini Muffin Pan. I love the intergrated steel frame that holds it up in place when putting it into the oven. The muffins baked very evenly, the entire batch was eaten almost immediately! The best part? Cleaning the pan! It’s so easy to wash, and we all know cleaning up is the worst part about baking. Washing a traditional aluminum muffin tin takes forever. But with this silicone pan, everything just slips off and it’s clean in no time. I definitely recommend this product, it will save you time and it’s worth the investment!
