Works amazing! So versatile

I love how versatile this product is. First of all, it’s very light and flexible. I can easily roll it up and it doesn’t take up much room in my pantry. It works as an excellent work place keeping my countertops clean. I love the measurements and guidelines that it has in the mat that can help me with rolling. I love that I can easily throw the mat in the oven or freezer. This makes cooking so much easier now!

Too Large to Function

This silicone pastry mat with measurements seems like a dream in theory, because you can roll out and bake on it. However the silicone mat seems to be made for commercial standards because they did not fit in two ovens that I tried to bake them in. To be fair, my apartment oven is quite small so I tried at my friends house but it was also too large to fit into her oven, leading to less than optimal results.

Mostly for baking

I found the information on the mat interesting for baking etc. we used it mostly as a silicon mat for baking. Probably wouldn’t buy on our own as it still needs a baking sheet under it in our oven.

It's so easy to use!!!

I love baking but haven’t been doing much of it lately. I was so happy to get this Paderno Silicone Pastry Mat. It's so easy to use. I love how all the measurements are on the mat which takes the guessing out of baking.

It’s oven and freezer safe and so easy to clean.

I’ve been wanting a pastry mat even though I barely bake nowadays but I am hoping this Vida by @paderno Silicone Pastry Mat inspires me. It’s oven and freezer safe.

The circle pie templates is really going to help me shape my pie crusts cuz I can never get them into a perfect circle. I also love all the measurements embedded into this pastry mat!

This is so easily foldable and can be stored away when not in use.

Very useful for shaping

I received a free product to try. I use it to make cookies that have consistent shape. I like that I can put a parchemen paper on it and I can still see the lines. It's sturdy, easy to use and clean. Love it!

Perfect

This pastry mat is so versatile. I really enjoyed using it. It has excellent grip, and adhered well to the counter, which is perfect for rolling out pastry. It is quite large, and has guides to help you roll pie crust to the perfect size! It isn't just for pastry, and can also be used in the oven for a perfect nonstick surface. It makes clean up super quick and easy, too. No more trying to get gluey flour off my counter tops! I highly recommend this mat for anyone who bakes - from beginners to pros. It really works wonderfully.

Can be used in so many ways - I use it for kneading dough and making rotis and puff, the length and measurements is detailed and very helpful! The material doesn’t let anything stick! Highly recommend getting it
