Beautiful design perfect size

, I found that this air fryer can easily fit enough food for a family of four. It can cook up to 3.8 liters of food at a time, which is perfect for making crispy fries, chicken wings, or even a small roast.

The best thing to happen to my cooking

Where has this thing been all of my life?! This air fryer is actually the best thing to happen to my cooking, ever. It 'air-frys' my food so easily and quickly so I am eating out less often. It takes some getting used to, but once you have it, you will never go back. I have barely turned on my oven since! I have found myself looking up more recipes and trying out different foods that I don't normally buy because this gadget has inspired me. It is very convenient and for someone with a busy lifestyle, this is the perfect thing to have because of how easy and quick it is to make delicious meals. It's going to take up counter space but it's used so much now, I don't care.

The Simplest Way to Fry!

I have never tried an Air Fryer before so I was a bit skeptical of trying one but for a new user Paderno air fryer was quite simple and easy to use. I made some delicious fries & Cauliflower in it on day 1 of trying it and loved how the food tasted and also the fact how easy it was.

If you're like me, you're looking for any hack or trick you can find to make your life easier and simpler. That also means maximizing the number of tricks an appliance can do (no more cupboards/counters packed with specialized kitchen appliances!!). Over the past few years you've probably also noticed air fryers becoming THE thing to have if you want "quick, easier, and cleaner meals", and that it might even replace some of your appliances like the stove, oven, microwave, toaster oven, etc. I was intrigued, but didn't buy one, yet. Recently, Butterly offered the opportunity to get a free air fryer for an unbiased review, so I thought "let's give it a shot". Life being busy and complicated meant I didn't open the box until yesterday because I felt a bit apprehensive, unsure how to use the air fryer without ruining any food (and resorting to ordering delivery...). I finally opened the box, read the manual multiple times, searched online for tips for newbies, and eventually I washed the basket and the insert grill, ready to try it out.

Last night's meal was partly made in the air fryer! Yay! And it went super smoothly!

Since it's only me and my spouse, we don't need to cook a lot of food for a single meal, so it's super convenient to have a basket size that's on the smaller side (compared to much bigger models), because it means faster cooking (less air to heat around the food) and easier/faster cleaning. As you can see in my pictures, I was able to fit 8 average sized frozen Janes turkey strips and not need to overlap them (apparently bad to do). On the flip side (pun intended), it was a bit difficult to flip them halfway through cooking because of the smaller basket. I did preheat the empty air fryer for 10 minutes at 400F to ensure even cooking of the strips. I didn't have to add any oil since there's plenty of moisture coming from the frozen strips themselves, and they came out flexible (not rubbery), semi-crunchy, a little bit of browning, as good as I could've expected. It was also super easy to wash afterwards with a bit of Dawn and water because the basket and inner tray are covered in non-stick coating. I've also seen convenient silicone and parchement paper liners sold online by third parties, so it's a very versatile appliance.

I was also very pleased with the manual that was included in the box. It had all the information I needed about the appliance, including the details for the preset options (if you don't want to use manual mode) as well as safe temperature and cook time for various types of food. The safety and 2-year warranty are also addressed. The only thing I'd like to have had is a volume control (+-, on/off) for the beeping noise every time a button is pushed. I think it's too loud for me (standing in front of the machine), and it might be for others if they're trying to prepare a meal while others are sleeping (even a couple of rooms away). I've emailed the company to ask if there's a way to change the volume, and I'll update here if they send me a solution.

More than just an air fryer!

What is amazing about this air fryer is its multiple settings that are easy to recognize and use—8 auto-cook mode and 1 manual-mode settings. It does more than air fry and is really easy to clean since it is non-stick—talk about a versatile product! While the extension cord is short, you can easily adjust the cooking time and temperature using the buttons on the digital screen.

I recently air fried some waffle fries and it was super easy! I am so happy with how they turned out—crispy and fresh. One thing is for sure - I will definitely be using it more this holiday season!l and highly recommend adding this product to your kitchen!

Great quality air fryer!

This air fryer was great, and I loved the digital display as I was using an old school air fryer without one before. It heated up quickly, and the presets were so convenient.

My new favourite appliance!

Thanks to butterly.com I received the Vida by PADERNO Stainless Steel Non-Stick Air Fryer, 3.8L to try for free in return for my honest review. I was so excited to try an air fryer as I had always heard such great things but just thought I wouldn’t need yet another kitchen appliance. Well after a couple of weeks of using the machine almost daily (sometimes twice) I can honestly say “Why didn’t I get one before!” I’m in LOVE with this machine! It’s quickly becoming the most used appliance in the house.

I’ve tried so many different things in the air fryer and each time it comes out absolutely perfect. It’s non-stick bowl with a removable grill makes clean up so quick and easy. The machine is relatively quiet and has an alarm to let you know when to turn your food and when it is done. The digital display is simple to use and has both manual temp/time options as well as lots of pre programmable settings. I honestly thought the bowl would be too small for a family of 4 but surprisingly it holds a lot. One night we decided to try chicken nuggets and fries and we just put enough in for the four of us and within minutes we had delicious crispy nuggets and fries. The biggest win was when both of my boys said the fries in the air fryer are even better than McD’s fries! Now that’s a huge win there as they are hard to please.

I love how easy it is to pull the drawer open to check on your food. This is so convenient and a huge win in my books. You can quickly check and can increase or decrease temp or time with a push of a button and just close the drawer up. Then the machine just carries on. So much better than opening a big oven, taking out a pan and putting it back in.

I really can’t say enough good things about this air fryer. I’m so excited to try new recipes to see what other things we can make. Tonight we are trying salmon and next week I’ll venture into making our first roast.

If you haven’t already jumped into the world of an air fryer I definitely recommend it and you will not be disappointed in the Vida by Paderno Non-Stick Air Fryer. It’s compact and will fit nicely on your counter. Not to mention it’s quiet, easy to clean up and has an easy to use digital screen. Definitely recommended!

Such a cooking-changer!

This is my first ever air fryer and let me tell you, this is such a life changing must have in your kitchen! I'm totally inlove! Specially as a busy person cooking on this is so easy and fast. Living in a small apartment I'm always concerned about the smell of anything I cook but using Paderno Air fryer will never let me go back on conventional cookin! Not too bulky

Loved the paderno stainless steel non stick air fryer. It was great to use for warming up food. Due to non stick didn’t have to use too much oil. It’s a perfect size for a couple or smaller size family. The small size makes for great storage
