srayer not working

Trigger is fine and no leaks. Seems to be problem with sprayer. Took apart and cleaned. Still not working. Not happy. Have to pump trigger several times to get one tiny spray. Any advice? REALLY don't want to have to get another cleaning mop. Only have small place - seniors apt, so not from overuse.

Not one I would buy again.

Vileda ProMist Mop started out being good, but, then went wrong. I do love the washable microfibre
head , as it came with an extra pad. But, the mop itself is faulty. When putting solution in it and you are finished doing your cleaning, the spray area leaks onto the floor draining all the solution if you don't catch it in time.
Then, after a very short time using the mop, the handle to the spray more or less broke only giving you one spray.
You can't spray it again right away because it won't work.

This product was suppose to be a convenient and efficient product. The bottle would leak water, and the spray stopped working. Customer service sent me a page long of instructions on how to trouble shoot the issue. The spray still didn't work. It turns out Vileda made another version of the bottle- obviously because a lot of customers complained that the spray wasn't working. I asked customer service to send me coupons or something for the inconvenience, but they refused. Terrible customer service! I do not recommend that anyone waste a dime on this company that soes not care about their clients. I waited 4 months to try and resolve this issue, and finally, purchased another company's mop.

I really loved the Vileda ProMist Microfibre Spray Mop. It was easy to fill the tank with whatever cleaning solution I choose. Also, I like that I can throw the microfibre cleaning pad in the wash. The one complaint I have is the latch that keeps the bottle in place broke off. This seems to be a common issue and it's disappointing, because I otherwise love the mop!

A severe design flaw in the BOTTLE does not allow the cleaner to come out the spout, it instead sucks cleaner out through the breather hole in the bottle (the little black rubber piece). The reason it sprays sometimes is the base, which should remain dry, fills up and that fluid gets sucked into the PUMP'S breather hole.
Simply break the red stopper out, and when removing/adding the bottle, hold it bottle lid to the sky.
Works great now.

have Vileda promist over a year & it is leaking Bad ???? dont think i will replace , its still new !!! think its a bit soon for this to happen not sure why its leaking when i move it along the floor i am very careful with my stuff & take care when cleaning it & using it ???

I bought this mop to replace my Swiffer wetjet because I was sick of having to buy the cleaning solution for it.
This mop was cheaper to buy, and it's less expensive to use. Simply fill up the tank with warm water and cleaner and you're all set. then once you're finished you can wash the mop-head and keep using it!

The washable mop head left streaks on my floor. Had to wash floor twice and still wasn't great. I liked the convenience but not the results. I will try it with my own micro fiber fabric and see if that works better. It doesn't take much cleaner so that is a plus.

This is the 2nd mop I have had the same issue with both have leaked shortly after purchase, I loved the idea of this but having the leaking issue is a no go for me and can not recommend this mop .

I was not very happy with this mop. For anyone with arthritis, for an elderly person the handle is very difficult to squeeze. As a matter of fact, the handle does not work anymore. My friend bought one as well because I had bought one & her handle broke before mine. I do like that you can remove the cloth, wash & reuse.
