This product was suppose to be a convenient and efficient product. The bottle would leak water, and the spray stopped working. Customer service sent me a page long of instructions on how to trouble shoot the issue. The spray still didn't work. It turns out Vileda made another version of the bottle- obviously because a lot of customers complained that the spray wasn't working. I asked customer service to send me coupons or something for the inconvenience, but they refused. Terrible customer service! I do not recommend that anyone waste a dime on this company that soes not care about their clients. I waited 4 months to try and resolve this issue, and finally, purchased another company's mop.

The washable mop head left streaks on my floor. Had to wash floor twice and still wasn't great. I liked the convenience but not the results. I will try it with my own micro fiber fabric and see if that works better. It doesn't take much cleaner so that is a plus.

The promist mop is fabulous when it works. The fabric pad comes off so that you can wash and reuse it. Although after about using this mop 10 times the sprayer has become jammed and clogged and is now basically useless. Talk about a waste of about 25.00. Go with rubbermaids similar mop instead!

They're also difficult to reach online for customer feedback. Not a happy customer.
