Stay all day smoke

This Smokey liner is my new favourite of the type. I was devoted to another brands Smokey liner for years. Not anymore!
This liner glides on super smooth, with no tugging or pulling. It is highly pigmented, and smudges, and blends for the perfect Smokey effect. It stays put all day and doesn’t run down your face when I’m contact with water. I would recommend using a eye makeup remover with this product, because regular facial cleanser will not remove it well enough.
