Disappointing product.

I purchased 4 pkgs of these gnocchi for a family dinner.
I followed the instructions explicitly. I drained them only to have a huge lump of mashed potatoes. I added my cheese and sauce.
I apologized to my family and we ate the mash. I must say they were delicious but they fell apart and looked like we were eating mashed potatoes with sauce!!!
I was very disappointed in the quality of these gnocchi.

Very easy to prepare

I am a huge fan of gnocchi. It is delicious and very filling, all while keeping in line with your budget.
I am normally one that will make my own gnocchi homemade, it is just so much better, but I was craving it and wanted it without the labour, so I picked up this package of it. It was very delicious, soft and tasty.
Super easy to prepare, and ready in minutes.
I think it is good for not being homemade. I would recommend. Good with a variety of sauces.

COOKS QUICKLY

These gnocchi are made from mashed potatoes. They cook extremely quickly (three minutes). You place the gnocchi in approximately four litres of slightly salted water, as soon as they rise to the surface, they are cooked.

These gnocchi are imported from Italy, which surprised me because I expected them to taste better. I make them tossed with butter and lots of freshly grated romano, asiago, or parmeggiano cheese.
