A Great Daily Supplement

This multivitamin has all the essential vitamins adults need daily. As a woman, sometimes I lack certain vitamins that l need. I take these vitamins as a supplement daily. They are easy to chew as it is a gummy. They do taste good and do not have an after taste. The only downfall is that this multivitamin has a lot of sugar.
