multivites
this is a personal thing. and im sure they are not as bad as i put in the ratings. i personally dont like gummies. dont like how they stick in my teeth and also dont like feeling lie its a candy. i want my vitamins to taste healthy.
Regular gummy bears would have the same result
was disappointed to see the amount of glucose/sugar in these vitamins I do believe I could go buy a bag of Gummy Bears and have the same effect just take them once a day. Not sure if this is true advertising with labeling it as a multivitamin I guess you do have to have your sugar too huh? Too much for a vitamin
These dont work!!! Such a waste of money I spent on it at Costco - the best bet for a multivitamin is spenidng a little more money at a health store with a consultant who knows what they are talking about!
I have taken a course on vitamins. These are lowest on the absorption chart. Yes they do taste great, but if you look at the amount of each vitamin per gummy, you will be shocked. Health stores carry vitamins that have a lot higher absoption and a lot higher amount of vitamins.
For example:
Amount of B12 Vitamins in ONE Vitafusion MultiVites Gummy Vitamins: 6MCG
Amount of B12 Vitamins in ONE of the Health Store vitamins I take: 40MG
Big difference! Like I said, tastes great but barely any amount of vitamins!
i did not like this product. i found that they got hard very fast. before i was even close to finnishing the bottle.
I received the Vitafusion MultiVites as part of the product review club.
I was excited to try gummy vitamins as I regularly take the big pill form. They tasted really great, just like eating a fruit gummy candy!
I was surprised that you had to take two of the gummies a day for a full dose. I read the label and noticed they didn't have all the vitamins and minerals that are in my other vitamins. This vitamin gummy does not have calcium, iron, magnesium, or zinc which I find are important in a vitamin (especially being a woman). They also have quite a bit of sugar added. The first two non-medicinal ingredients are glucose syrup and sucrose.
So if you're looking for a very basic good tasting vitamin (with no minerals) these are ok, but I am going back to my regular vitamins.
I received multivites gummy vitamins from chick advisor to try and review. First off they do taste good, just like gummy candies which is great but the fail to provide even comparable amounts of vitamins as other "big brand" multivitamins, even if you follow the twice a day dosage. And finally they do not contain any minerals, not even iron :(
I am not impressed with how "incomplete" they are.
I was disappointed to see the amount of glucose/sugar in these vitamins...I also noted there is not enough vitamin D3.. they were ok
