A lot of Asians are lactose intolerant so this is one of their choice of milk in my opinion if you grew up in Asia. They have multiple variations of this soy milk such as low in sugar, the original version and also a malt flavor of it. Even though I am not lactose intolerant, I always enjoy a good soy milk from Vitasoy. Nothing from Vitasoy is bad in terms of drinks in my honest opinion, so I might be bias again in this drink.
