Nuttier than My Normal Flax Seed, Same Results

This ground flax seed is a bit nuttier smelling than the normal flax seed I get from the Bulk Barn - it is also pricier, but so it everything made in Canada these days.

I use it in my daily oatmeal packs, and it adds the fibre and fatty acids I normally miss in my daily diet.

I keep it in the freezer for longevity in a ziplock bag (as the bag it came in isn't resealable), and it should last me quite some time
