Seems good quality, but...
This is a tough one. Normally when reviewing supplements I don't like to pass judgement or tell people whether or not they should take them, but I have some qualms about this. Not because of Viva. I've used their products before and from what I can tell they are good quality and safe (though it's impossible to be certain without testing it in a lab), but my problem is that Glutathione has never been tested over the long term. So taking it regularly over a long time could have unexpected effects. Some people might not care, but for those who want evidence backed up by science, do some research before you consider purchasing this.
That being said, I do understand what it's like to have a chronic illness and be desperate for anything that might help. Some people with RLS and PLMD have said to find relief when taking this, so it's really up to you on whether or not you want to take the risk.
These capsules are average size, they contain 500mg so they are a reasonable size, but not unbearable or gigantic like a lot of supplements. As always, I like that the coatings are vegetarian. One capsule daily will last you two months. Consult your doctor before use!
No Effect on Me
I've been taking this supplement for a few weeks now...and there have been no noticeable changes with my body.
It hasn't acted like a diuretic or pro biotic (aka you KNOW your body is cleansing), and I haven't noticed any positive or negative symptoms associated with it.
At least the ingredients are natural - it's like a pumped up Vitamin C or E I suppose.
I'm not sure what I was expecting, but it's just another pill I pop in the morning until the bottle empties.
