I was in shock when I receive my order

I was used to having experiences with other stores where delayed deliveries, poor customer service, and careless drop-offs are the norm. So, I was incredibly impressed when I received my first order from Voila, delivery went above and beyond expectations. The delivery driver called me five minutes beforehand, asked me to verify the order, and he even checked the temperature of the meat I ordered. The service was excellent, and all the meat and vegetables arrived in perfect condition!

Easy to use!

It saves you a LOT of time when you do delivery through Voila. I like their services so much. My mom is on bed rest and this helps her a lot since she can’t do her grocery shopping in person.

Every thing i ordered was in there fresh and delivery is fast, friendly. In order nicely packaged website is easy there are recipes on it. I will definitely use it again

Awesome grocery delivery service

I have ordered from Voila twice now, and both experiences have been excellent. My groceries arrived on time, delivered by a large truck with the Voila logo on it. The inside of the truck was tidy and clean. The delivery person was incredibly friendly, offering a thorough introduction to their service. He kindly carried my groceries to the front of my door and invited me to double-check the items to ensure they met my expectations. Overall, it was a fantastic experience, and I would love to order from Voila again!

Creamy and Dreamy

I loved it as it was creamy and smooth. My only complaint is that it is not readily available from Save on Foods as this is where I most regularly shop as well as Superstore and Shoppers Drug mart.

Convenient for busy families

Signing up for an account with Voila was simple and straightforward. I was able to link my Scene card membership with my Voila account in order to get Scene points with my purchases. Shopping was easy - first you scheduled your one hour curbside pick up or home delivery slot (which held the time for you while you shopped). Delivery charges range from $3 to $7, depending on the date and how quickly you need your delivery. Next you search and find your items and add them to the cart. I found that the prices were consistent with prices that you would find instore, and did not seem inflated. I also found sale prices on some items, which was nice. Check out was easy and you could leave additional delivery instructions if you wanted to.

About 15 minutes in advance of her arrival, my delivery driver called to give me a heads up that she would be there shortly. She rang my bell and she gave me my grocery bags. All items were accounted for and the process was easy and straightforward.

If you want to save on delivery fees, you can pay $15 for a monthly delivery pass. Overall, I found this system to be convenient, saved me time, and was relatively cost effective. As a busy mom, I can see myself using this service again in the future.

Quick speedy

I loved the service from Viola not only were they quick but they gave great communication especially when trying to find where I live. The food arrived fresh and all the veggies were not wilted love that.

Very well done service from the website, the slots available, the delivery earlier than expected time and the great customer service from the delivery agent. Ni items was missing or substituted! My groceries was well packaged too.
