Speedy and User-Friendly Delivery

I recently received an opportunity to review the Voila delivery service for Sobey's, and the whole process was quick and efficient. Everything was seamless and user-friendly, from browsing through their extensive selection of groceries to placing my order. Very helpful service and review sale prices first

I found that the regular prices were a bit high, BUT if you review what's on sale first, you may be surprised! I ended up finding a few things where their sale prices were worthy of my wallet...so definitely review before being quick to check out.
The delivery man was also very friendly and helpful and was able to answer any questions I had and how the process works.
The food looked fresh and were a good selection.

Excellent service!

I received a discount coupon code from Butterly to try Voila in exchange for my honest opinion. After a bit of a struggle with the website online ordering process, I was able to successfully place a grocery order and was delighted with the service.

My comments about the online ordering process itself are that, after adding everything to my cart and proceeding to checkout, I was then told 2 (important) items were out of stock. I would have preferred to have been notified of that at the cart stage rather than at the checkout stage. I opted to wait a day or two and then try again, at which time the items were in stock and I could proceed. The second comment is that when you go to checkout it asks you if you forgot anything and you have to scroll down a whole long line of suggestions to continue the checkout. It would be better to have an option to skip that step.

Everything else went wonderfully! I booked an 8-9am time slot and the driver called me personally 5 minutes away to let me know he was on his way. I was impressed by the driver’s courtesy as well as the quality of the items picked. The meat products had a long shelf life, and all the fruits and vegetables were freshly picked. Everything arrived in paper bags. I would recommend this service to anyone looking for a reliable grocery delivery service. I will definitely use them again!

Voila

This was so easy to use. You just register and pick your date and time and your all set. It's super easy to navigate. I got everything I needed/wanted I couldn't have been happier with the service that was provided. Everything came just as expected.

Good and fast service..

We order a food for our home, grocery, cleaning products for the house also a personal cleaning items, the delivery was on time and we had received all products that we was asking.

Convenient but costly

While Voila offers convenience and quality, the steep prices may deter some shoppers. Despite the excellent service and selection, the higher costs compared to traditional grocery shopping or other delivery services can be a drawback. For budget-conscious shoppers, it might not be the most economical option. However, if convenience outweighs cost concerns, Voila delivers on reliability and quality.

It was ok

I got my Groceries even though I overpaid for some of it. The driver didnt know how to park almost Hit my neighbor's car. Then he almost fell and drop my stuff then he went to the wrong house!!

Pricey

I did not use this service as I do not shop at Safeway because it is extremely pricy and as s single mother on a limited budget I simply cannot afford to shop there.
