A lifesaver during a pandemic

I loved this service. It saved me so much time and money to just shop the things I need while sitting on my couch instead of make the effort to go into the store, surround myself with impulse items as well as unnecessarily expose myself to viruses. Plus then I don’t have to think about having someone watch my kids while I go shop. The quality of all the items I received was great. I don’t have any complaints. I used to not shop at sobey’s because they were more expensive than other options, but I’m willing to spend a bit extra to get this service and high quality ingredients. #gotitfree for review but I would purchase from this service again

Loved the experience

Fantastic service! The delivery guy called just before arrival, wore a mask and gloves while delivery. They delivered fresh fruits, vegetables and bread which is not easily available in stored. The service is highly recommend.

Great alternative to the other grocery delivery options

I was really excited to try Voila by Sobeys when I was gifted a $25 coupon if I spent $100. I have tried a few other grocery delivery services and found this one to be quite good. It tells you immediately what is in stock and what is out of stock. You get the option of shopping their Farm Boy sister company as well. The options for delivery were vast. I did not like a few things. The amount of packaging everything came in was too much and not recyclable! Another thing I didn’t like was if something came in a two pack or four pack, at one item wasn’t the greatest quality! Finally I didn’t like that some items with expiry dates came with very quick expiry dates, two days from the day of delivery. Not ideal when you’re meal planning. I would do the service again but I would be more selective in what I purchase. It’s a good alternative but not the best either. It was a good experience.

I'm really impressed! This is the first time I've used a service like this and it was amazing! Delivery was on time, driver was friendly and helpful. Even carried them up a bunch of stairs for me. Packed well too!

Easy to use, fast and so convenient

I really enjoyed using Voila by Sobeys. I placed my order the night before and I had plenty of spots to choose from the next day. The prices were comparable to a regular grocery store which was a bonus and the quality of groceries was great — including very fresh produce and meat! Would try it again.

Great grocery delivery!

I received a $25 off $100 voucher in exchange for my review of Sobey's new grocery delivery service, Voila.

PROS: website easy to navigate, delivery time reserved for two hours while you shop, dates for sale items listed, Farm Boy and Well.ca products, one-hour delivery window, friendly customer service, and received ALL of the items I ordered.

CONS: high mark-up on many products, many items out of stock or unavailable, unable to collect Air Miles, $7.99 delivery fee, and sale items didn’t correspond with Sobeys flyer.

Overall, it was a positive online shopping and delivery experience with Voila! The process was fast and convenient.

Convenient

I had received a discount as part of a Product Review Club offer, so I jumped at the chance to use it. I love how convenient it is to order groceries online and have them delivered right to your doorstep. Receiving the code really helped me save on my grocery shopping. I loved how easy the website was to use and navigate through, I found it better than some other grocery delivery sites out there, my groceries arrived on time and in perfect condition. I highly recommend this service to anyone who may be afraid to go out in these uncertain times or for people who just don't have the time to go out and do their grocery shopping themselves as doing shopping this way was really quick, convenient and effortless. I will definitely be using the service again.

I received a coupon code from chickadvisor for this months groceries. I was able to save some money and get my groceries delivered to my doorstep which was a bonus. The website was easy to navigate and well structured. The delivery arrived in time and all my sobeys groceries were there in good condition. I highly recommend this service for anyone looking to buy groceries from the comfort of their own homes.

Easy to use

I received $25 off on an order of $100 in exchange of a review. It was easy to sign up and easy to order the items online. The only downside was the shipping wasn't free. It was $7.99. The delivery guy was very nice. He called me prior to my delivery and he also did a temperature check on all frozen food.

Great service

Voila by sobeys provides a great service. Their delivery was prompt and everything I ordered arrived as expected. The one downside of the service is that you can't get everything that would normally be available in store.
I would recommend it to others and would likely reorder in the future.
