Too many items out of stock!

I love shopping at Sobey‘s so when I heard about this service, I was very excited. I got even more excited when I heard that Sobeys had teamed up with farmboy and well.ca. Signing up was easy enough and my desired delivery day and time were available. I started adding items to my shopping cart but suddenly I started seeing that a lot of the items that I needed were out of stock. Items like fresh sweet peppers, zucchini, celery, fresh corn etc. I feel like those items should be easy to come by. Also, some items I wanted aren’t even carried by them online which is strange since I have bought them in store. The service requires a $50 minimum which is fine but since I was doing a promotion through ChickAdvisor, I had to spend a minimum of $100. Since so many items were out of stock, I was not able to get enough groceries to make that amount. I found this promotion not worth the time or savings because I still would’ve had to pay $7.99 for the delivery. I’m very disappointed.

The service itself is very good, no complaints about it. The only thing that I have to add is that Sobeys is a little bit pricey, other than that, the delivery service price is fair enough.

This service was very easy to use. The site was easy to navigate. I found everything I was looking for. It was easy to select a time of delivery. I have used a similar service before and had trouble picking a time but Sobey's had lots of options.

The delivery was smooth. Tom our delivery person was great! He was polite, nice and was great with communication. He called ahead to let me know he was on his way and called when he have arrived. He came on time and I had no issues. He even explained their service to us when we met as we were first time customers of the service.

Everything was there and nothing was damaged. Nothing was defrosted (it was a hot day!).

I highly recommend this service!

I really enjoyed this service because it was incredibly easy to use. The product selection they do have is really great. Some items are a bit more costly but you can always pick it up elsewhere. Shipping is $7.99 so because of that I probably wouldn’t use this service again, if it was $3-4 I’d definitely be more inclined. I’d probably use this service if I really needed something and was unable to get to a store.

Delivery was when it was scheduled to be delivered and my Voila teammate was quick and efficient. He called me five minutes before arriving and we decided to meet him outside as we live in an apartment complex. The produce I ordered was fresh and ripe and the cold items were still very cold. All in all it was very easy and proper.

That being said, the selection on the Sobey's website was not great. They did not have very many options in terms of meat and fresh produce. With the price of delivery added it seemed pretty expensive for how much I got, until the food actually got here. I guess it always seems like less when looking at it as a list. Also, the bags were so fully packed that two of them almost broke on the way up to the apartment.

I got a $25 voucher to try Voila by Sobey’s. I’ve never had groceries delivered before and this was a really great first time experience. Their website is super easy to use, their delivery fee is reasonable, there are a lot of delivery windows available and their delivery staff are very friendly, they call you right before they deliver your order. Everything I requested was delivered in great condition, I was concerned about the frozen stuff I ordered but everything was still frozen as if I had just went to the grocery store myself. I highly recommend trying this grocery delivery service!

I am not used to order groceries by delivery, but Voilà by Sobeys really impressed me! The service was very fast, I ordered yesterday at afternoon and received it this morning, 30 minutes ahead of time. The frozen fruits were still frozen, and the cool drinks were ready to drink. The person responsible for bringing it to my home was really nice and kind. A truly great service!

Easy to use, friendly service!

I was very excited that I got selected for this campaign and received my discount code in order to try this service, as I have been a faithful Instacart customer since the pandemic started. First few comments when I compare the 2, the delivery fee for Voila is very high, based on where I live. It was $7.99. I spend $9.99/month to get unlimited deliveries with Instacart. You also have to spend a minimum of $50 for Voila, but only $35 for Instacart. That being said, the ease of ordering food was the same, and very straightforward. When it came to the delivery of my items, I did notice a difference in what this service has to offer. The driver called me on the way to ask if it was my first delivery and to explain how the contactless delivery would work. She also arrived in a refrigerated truck, which mattered because I had refrigerated and frozen items. After placing the order on my front porch, she knocked, and stepped back and then explained that all of my items had been found, none missing, and no substitutions. She also assured me she had just temperature checked my frozen items, which were still frozen, so they were safe for consumption. I really appreciate this thoroughness. I will definitely use this service again, but only when I have another fairly large order (to warrant the large delivery fee).

Well I got my first delivery from @sobeys 😁😁 It’s new delivery service called Voilà, and as a part of a product review from @chickadvisor I received a $25 discount towards my first purchase.

The website and app are both very easy to use. I bought frozen and refrigerated items as well and they arrived perfectly. I am definitely going to be using this service again. The driver even called ahead of time giving me enough time to get my 4 month old ready to go downstairs. As my buzzer isn’t working 😅 the driver very kindly brought up the groceries to my apartment 😁 over all I think you should try it 👌🏼👌🏼

THE BEST ONLINe DELIVERY!!

I am the happiest customer. I finally found a delivery service that is reliable, clean, efficient, and friendly!! The web page to pick items easy to work.
I put my order in at 4pm the day before and it was delivered to me the next day at 7:30am!! No questions asked. I received an email an hour before saying the delivery has been packed and a call 10 mins before arrival. My delivery person was attentive, clean, polite, and well versed on company policy. I will definitely use them again!! $7.99 delivery charge....that is nothing for this great service.
The company cleverly uses decomposable bags.Those with green handles have items for the fridge and need to be attended to first. Those with beige handles can wait. CLEVER....
