Fresh food delivered

I got a discount code to try Viola. It was easy to sign up for trial to save on the delivery cost. While I found it convenient to use, I didn’t like how many flyer items were not available (ground beef, clementine oranges) the delivery was on time within the hour I booked it and the driver called to make sure I was home.

I didn’t love the paper bags it came in as they were very short and didn’t hold many items. I would have preferred reusable bags as I had to pay the 0.15 bag fee as I live in Calgary.

I did like how all my fruits and vegetables were very fresh and picked well! No issues there! I ordered from another popular retailer and the quality was not as good and had to go back to store to exchange bad produce.

I may try this again when I don’t have time to shop myself.

Voila

I live in Calgary and it snows a lot here. sometimes, I don't feel like going out to do grocery shopping, so Voila comes in handy. I order online and they deliver to my door, which is very convenient here.

I better go to store and save

I received a promotional code for a good discount for my first order at Voila for free in exchange for my honest review. When I finally have a long grocery list I decided to use this code and order. But I couldn’t do it as I was very frustrated and disappointed because of the prices! They are high! $1 here, $2 there .. and my basket wasn’t affordable anymore. I went to the grocery store instead

Great service, good selection of products

Order arrived on time, delivery person followed instructions well. I’m very glad these stores (Safeway and Sobeys) provide this delivery service as they have the best selection of vegan and gluten free products, and I don’t always have the time to go to these stores for these specialty items. Great service, in store prices, great introductory offer. The produce, however, the fruits and veggies weren’t the freshest. I am very picky when I check the produce for freshness before purchasing, but it seems to be an issue in many stores these days, so I believe I received the best of what was available. Will order again!

This was super easy and made grocery shopping so much easier for me. The staff were friendly and the drop off was a breeze. I also signed up for the free monthly pass so I can have free delivery for a month!

so convenient for busy families

We received a coupon to use the Voila Services through Butterly. I had an excellent experience using these services, and it was such a treat to arrive home to a grocery haul delivered to my doorstep. The delivery person was thorough, everything was packed perfectly, and I would like to use the services again, however I find Sobey’s groceries to be more expensive than other stores, so I don’t know if it is feasible for my family financially long term.

I loved using this service! It was easy to shop and had everything I needed! Everything was fresh and the biggest thing is that the order was correct... Didn't have any substitutions or missing items which is great. I love that they offer several different delivery times and are flexible that way. I can place my order and have it delivered whenever I want which makes my life so much easier and makes sure that I don't ever run out of the essentials... Make sure you use the sign up offered for great savings!

I was in shock when I receive my order

I was used to having experiences with other stores where delayed deliveries, poor customer service, and careless drop-offs are the norm. So, I was incredibly impressed when I received my first order from Voila, delivery went above and beyond expectations. The delivery driver called me five minutes beforehand, asked me to verify the order, and he even checked the temperature of the meat I ordered. The service was excellent, and all the meat and vegetables arrived in perfect condition!
