Hello,
My order came fresh and on time as promised. I avoided the snowy days of Calgary which make me gain a lot of time. I m pleased with my first experience and will re order again from Voila.

Amazing for those busy weeks!

Tooks advantage of this on a week that felt like it would be impossible to head to the grocery store to grab what we needed. It was a very easy to use setup, clear descriptions and pictures of products. The delivery driver called ahead and was very polite. Produce and fruit was in excellent shape. would use again.

Very Impressive Viola!

Very impressed with not only the app’s user friendly features but they even had categories for finding all the stores deals that week! The delivery itself was seamless! The driver called to notify me he was on his way and have a time frame when he would arrive. The driver was friendly and went over all the steps they do to ensure that the food was stored properly while on route, and you have time to examine all the produce/ meat etc before they leave! Genuinely felt like they took pride in their work and it was much more throughout then other deliveries I’ve had with other retailers. I would definitely order again!

Best grocery delivery experience

Pro: The driver called 10 mins before delivery. Driver ensured all the temperatures were within range as we had several meat items. The driver stayed to ensure all items were correct. Very professional and made us feel like he took great care of our groceries.
Con: receipt didn’t show the meat in grams. Not sure what size we paid for.

Perfect Grocery Shop

Yesterday was the easiest grocery shopping trip of all with voil and safeway canada! It was easy to go on the voila.ca site to create my grocery list, and then I just had to select a pick up time, and simply show up to pick my order. You can also opt for home delivery too if you are really pressed for time. I chose to swing by on my way home from work!

Their courtesy call to inform you of the drop-off time is a thoughtful touch. Furthermore, their friendly and helpful drivers enhance the overall service. However, a drawback is the inconsistency in pricing, which can be frustrating. Despite this, Voila's efficiency and user-friendly interface make it a top choice for convenient deliveries.

I was able to order very easily, my order came quickly and was complete. Good service, quick delivery, easy to order. I enjoyed using this service and plan to use it again.

Easy to use

This was my first time using Voila and I’ll definitely be back again. I’ve tried a few other delivery/curbside pick up places in the past and this was by far the smoothest. The website had everything I was looking for and only one item was substituted from my order. Best part was they gave me an even better brand at the sale price I purchased at. I opted to do curbside to save the delivery fee and the employee was so friendly and helpful loading into my car. All in all it was a great experience.
