Top notch quality for online grocery service

I was lucky to get a deal with prime rib which is usually not sold via online grocery apps. The produce was fresh and everything i ordered was there and is of good quality. The driver was really nice and it was delivered on time. Glad Sobeys/Safeway has now online grocery delivery. I was able to score coupons too and free delivery which is awesome.

Easy Grocery

Overall It was a good experience. Delivery is very fast. We can do express delivery too. But there are limited items available. I couldn’t find few items for my shopping.

No Delivery in my area

It was my first time to order grocery online. I was excited to try Voila because I thought it will be hassle free for me but they do not have delivery in my area which frustrates me, I even tried it the other day but still nothing. I also thought that all sobeys have Voila since we have sobeys nearby. I still travelled far to get my ordered. I do not have a car yet so I was expecting the delivery services. hopefully they will have services in my area.

what I only like is that it saved me time to go to each aisle of the grocery store.

Expensive and does not follow instructions

I ordered from voila after receiving an offer for free product, was also offered free delivery for signing up for a month trial of delivery pass. When ordering delivery pass was not offered at checkout and the option was not very visible so I ended up paying a high delivery fee.
I scheduled a delivery with specific instructions to leave order at front door for contact free delivery and to minimize noise for a sleeping baby.
The driver phoned ahead to “check a few things” and then had no questions. He then ran the door bell (although I specified we had a video doorbell and it would notify us, and stayed at the door until we came out to get the delivery directly from him.
Bell rang, dogs barked. Baby woke up, to had to go outside in my Pajamas to accept delivery.
Order appeared correct and produce was chosen well. No substitutions were made.

Friendly and personalized - so convenient!!

We received our Voila Grocery Order the other day and the experience was really great! So easy to pick out what we needed and the awesome friendly representative who came to deliver it to our home was so helpful in explaining everything. He said they will make sure someone is home to receive the order and that they take temperature measurements to ensure the food stays how it should. He said if something is missed because they are out of stock they will replace it with a better quality similar item and they will only charge you the original price. He also said that if, when they arrive with your groceries, you decide that there was an item or items you didn't need they will take those items with them and reimburse you for them right away. I loved how everything was packed very carefully and for the people who are concerned about environment (myself included!) it's nice that they use paper bags but still they carry it all up in some plastic containers which ensures the safety of your items from the potential of a paper bag breaking. Their prices are very fair and the convenience is unbeat! - I received a discount and free delivery for doing this review but my opinions are very honest and I am thinking I would gladly pay the regular cost as well as a very fair delivery fee to get this great convenience! (they have the delivery fees listed on the site when you go to book and later evening delivery was at a value compared to the rush hour time blocks) I work a lot and my partner does too, we always have limited time and this delivery service with great attention to customer satisfaction and attention to details makes us breathe easier knowing we can set our groceries up on line and not have to take another car ride to go pick it all up but if we did want to pick it up Voila has a great option for that too and I did that one before - it was smooth and really easy to plan and go grab it on our way to other activities. Please try out Voila for you and your family ! You will find it makes life easier for sure!

Efficient service

Our safeway gave us a call to remind us as we were behind schedule to pick it up. The produce was all fresh and well-selected. They had used paper bags for the items and it was an easy curbside pick-up

Quick and convenient!

I've had bad experiences with other grocery pickup/delivery, so I didn't have high hopes for Voila. Turns out, I had nothing to worry about! My orders were packed accurately, the produce picked was fresh, and the bread was all freshly baked.. Delivery was quick and the drivers were always very friendly.

This service is amazing for neurodivergent folks, we were able to get our groceries and my husband didn't have to worry about overstimulation from the lights/noise/other shoppers. We'll definitely be using Voila for the majority of our groceries going forward.

VOILA! My groceries have arrived.

I just tried voila for the first time and loved it! It saves me so much time to order online and I love that I can choose a delivery window that suits my schedule. They have great variety of groceries available and the delivery was smooth and efficient. I will definitely be using this service again.

Great and convenient service

The service was convenient and on time. I got a curtesy call from the delivery person 10minutes before they arrived to ensure I was home. Loved that! I will definitely use this voila again
