Love Grocery Delivery!

I am a mom of 2 young kiddos and a busy household. Grocery delivery gives me time to focus on my family and preparing meals instead of rushing from daycare to the store with tired hungry kids and then home to prepare a meal. I can also shop while at home so I can meal plan effectively and see what I have vs what I need.
My only reason for 4stars instead of 5 is that it does not seem that fresh bakery or fresh deli items are available via this service; which are two reasons I like to shop with Sobey’s/Safeway.

It was wet

products are of high quality but everything was wet and had to be cleaned and dry so the products would not get damaged. Overall I love that the produce is good and I got what I asked for. Please check next time wet products.

offer did not match what was promised

Was told I would receive 45.00$ off my order but only received 25.00$ off. So disappointing that this offer did not upstand to what was suppose to be promised with the coupon code very disappointing. But for the platform was super easy to order from and was a pleasant experience will most likely try again just have to shop te deal section as some items are way pricey.

Very helpful service and review sale prices first

I found that the regular prices were a bit high, BUT if you review what's on sale first, you may be surprised! I ended up finding a few things where their sale prices were worthy of my wallet...so definitely review before being quick to check out.
The delivery man was also very friendly and helpful and was able to answer any questions I had and how the process works.
The food looked fresh and were a good selection.

Excellent service!

I received a discount coupon code from Butterly to try Voila in exchange for my honest opinion. After a bit of a struggle with the website online ordering process, I was able to successfully place a grocery order and was delighted with the service.

My comments about the online ordering process itself are that, after adding everything to my cart and proceeding to checkout, I was then told 2 (important) items were out of stock. I would have preferred to have been notified of that at the cart stage rather than at the checkout stage. I opted to wait a day or two and then try again, at which time the items were in stock and I could proceed. The second comment is that when you go to checkout it asks you if you forgot anything and you have to scroll down a whole long line of suggestions to continue the checkout. It would be better to have an option to skip that step.

Everything else went wonderfully! I booked an 8-9am time slot and the driver called me personally 5 minutes away to let me know he was on his way. I was impressed by the driver’s courtesy as well as the quality of the items picked. The meat products had a long shelf life, and all the fruits and vegetables were freshly picked. Everything arrived in paper bags. I would recommend this service to anyone looking for a reliable grocery delivery service. I will definitely use them again!
