I have enjoyed using the Voila meal delivery service. My experience was significantly enhanced by the coupon I had, which provided a substantial discount on each order. Without the coupon, I might not have used the service due to the high prices and delivery fees. However, with the coupon, I received free delivery, making it more economical.

Pros:

• Great Customer Service: The customer service team was excellent. They called each time to inform me of their arrival time and always arrived as promised.
• User-Friendly Website: The website is intuitive and notifies you if something is out of stock, allowing you to choose substitutions if needed.

Fresh products and friendly service

Voila was very easy and convenient to use. The produce is so fresh and they always clearly mark the sales of items or if they are out of stock, they suggest alternative products. The delivery drivers were friendly and even returned later when I missed the first call. I will definitely recommend this service to friends and family who don't have time to get to the store. Was well worth it.

Issues with website constantly

This could be a great service but I have endless trouble with the website and app crashing. It takes me double the time of other online delivery services.

Voila - Delivery - better than grocery shopping

I've used Voila multiple times now. They're prompt, the delivery guys are GREAT!! They bring me flowers (when I order them :)) The orders have never had deficiencies. A couple of small items not priced right and the remedies are as immediate as you can get. And the delivery bags are great for all the around the house uses too! Voila delivers - expertly!!

Excellent delivery

I had a great experience with voila, delivery was smooth. I received a call before delivery to check if someone was home as they can’t leave it outside. When the driver came he asked me to check eggs to if they were all intact , had me check the bb dates for the milk. The driver Marko was really nice. About my experience of ordering the groceries on the site was good got some great flyer deals. Produce was really fresh that I received. I wish they had more options in South Asian section. Overall my experience was great , I would definitely recommend trying it.

Voila Delivery

The Voila app was easy to use and search made it easy to find correct items. There are several options to find deals ie; flyer items, promotions etc. The order time slot was 8:00-10:00 am. I received a reminder email at 7:45 am and the delivery driver called at 8:05 am to confirm which unit was mine. He was very polite and, realizing it was my first time ordering, took the time to explain the process. The products are put in sturdy, recyclable brown paper bags. It was a fairly good experience overall. The con would be the prices, which are a bit high.

Exceptional delivery experience

A very good first impression for Viola grocery delivery service. They have a dedicated delivery team to handle their own grocery deliveries. The staff member called me beforehand and rang my doorbell as instructed. The driver was the best I’ve encountered. He even outlined their delivery details and policy. The groceries were well-packed and tidy.

Convenient Service

I got to experience @violà service! During that time of the month when all I crave is sleep due to menstrual pain, @violà grocery delivery arrived just in time with fresh vegetables. No need to go to the store when @Violà selects and delivers the best, just like I would have done myself!

Excellent On Time Delivery

I was pleased with Rahul as a delivery agent. He explained that my groceries came directly from the truck and that no one had touched them in the store. I also loved that everything was temperature tested.

Great delivery service

Great delivery service! I has placed an order for a couple of vegetables, fruits, and meat. I was surprised how my produce was carefully selected and packed. I totally recommend this service.
