The order process was simple and seamless. The driver was a delight to deal with. Would highly recommend!! They had fantastic selection and quality of produce and all my favourites I usually get in store.

Did this for a trial run and absolutely loved it. I have used online before with pickup and the service is always top notch. When I arrived, I was early and the staff was amazing and bagged everything up and put it in my trunk. I will be using this service from Volia again. Thanks so much

I loved how easy it was to see and pick the products online. I loved that I didn't have to bring my kids in and our of their car seats when picking up my order. Some products I'd rather pick my own, like which oranges or banana's I want but other than that I enjoyed this service and I will use it again. Thank you!

So easy to use and very convenient

I placed the order the day before and picked it up the next evening. Sobeys emailed me to advise some of the things that I ordered weren’t available and let me know what substitutions they had. The girl that brought my order out was very nice and efficient, loaded my groceries in the car and also made sure I was aware of the substitutions. I would definitely use this service again and recommend it to others.

Great Value!

During these uncertain times, having what felt like a personal shopper made us feel more secure. Delivery was not available in my area due to how remote we live, but having picked out the groceries beforehand and having them placed right in the trunk made for a really quick and easy trip into town. I could see this service being extra useful for a single mom or dad or a family who just can’t get out of the car due to babies or small children, anyone who has anxiety regarding shopping or crowded spaces or someone looking to grab groceries quick after work. Viola the easy way to go

I used the Viola app for the first time, it was so easy to navigate and all the items I wanted where found easily. I went to pick up my items drove up and VIOLA came and put them in my car even with masks and COVID you could tell it was with a smile. Best grocery store shopping experience I ever had.

Voila Curbside Pick Up So Convenient

From the ordering to curbside pick up it was easy and convenient. When I called for my order I requested no bags, the staff member emptied all the bags and put the grocery items in my containers,stellar job. The products chosen for my groceries were as I would have chosen, stellar job! The only thing I would like if we can put a note on order before finalizing order..eg Note of no bags needed

A great grocery alternative

This was my first time using Voilà, however I already had a Sobeys account so all I had to do was login. I was able to add and collect Air Miles as normal.

Sales prices that are listed worked, although multi-prices do not appear to work. Using the checkout process and placing my order was pretty easy. I did have a promo code that I was unable to use. Like other online grocery pickups, you are timed so it it good to have a list or have your online cart filled before you select a pickup time slot.I also miss the option of not being able to use coupons.

Nothing I ordered was out of stock, so I had no substitution issues.I was very pleased the produce selected for me was all very fresh and the sizing was to my preference. I had no issues with anything in my order.

When the time came to pick up my order, the snow had been coming down pretty hard, and even though it felt good not to have to get out of my car, I felt guilty for the Sobeys worker who had to be out in the snow loading my groceries. They were very helpful and friendly.

Voilà is not offered at my normal Sobeys location, but it functions well and a great alternative to having to shop in store when you don't want to, or especially during these times. I also like it for using heavier stuff. I would definitely use this service again.

It saves time and buying it online is really simple and fast and will save you a load of time I would recommend using this to anyone who uses Safeway. The one thing is though that you can’t personally chose your products so you ah r to hope the date is what you want!
