Great delivery if you need the basics

Getting a Voila order was quite easy and probably saved me time. It took a bit to figure out how to navigate the site and find what I was looking. Once the order was submitted it was simple. Groceries showed up bagged at the door. Dislike how many bags were used, would love to see recycled boxes used instead.

Having used several grocery delivery services I was disappointed with Voila. The produce was poorly selected and almost everything was at the best before date.

Easy and convenient delivery

The process of signing up and choosing my groceries was much easier from my couch than having to go into the the grocery store. It does require you to plan ahead but that's a good habit to start.

A wonderful service

Had a wonderful experience with Voila this week. The prices were fantastic, their website has many options. Loved how many time slots they offer. The driver called 10 minutes before delivery and was polite and accommodating (we were out clearing off the driveway) We live in a small town and I have two small children so having this option to have my groceries delivered instead of going to the store with my children is a game changer.

I full transparency, I ordered groceries from them before, so when Butterly offered a promo code for $25 off a $75 order plus free shipping to try it out, I was sold

Pros:

+ same prices as in store

+ no tips required
+ very professional staff
+ always on time
+ deliver to your door
+ no need to carry heavy bags

Cons:
- pricey
- the customer service team takes 3 days to respond to your questions/requests

Overall, it's a solid 4 for me. I would definitely use it again on the condition that there are lots of deals that week and I find a decent promo code.

Loved the service and communication. I was able to grocery shop while working freeing up time for me to do things I actually enjoy. The delivery driver was awesome and friendly. Will definitely continue using this service.
