I tried Voilà and found it to be convenient and efficient. Their prices were the same as in-store, and the process for picking up my groceries was smooth, with my order being 100% accurate. The service was quick, taking only about three and a half minutes from texting my arrival to receiving my groceries. Despite a couple of items being out of stock, I was satisfied with the substitutions offered. Overall, my experience was positive, and I plan to use Voilà again to avoid busy supermarkets.

Great Delivery Service

I received a discount from Butterly to try out the voila services. It was easy and comparable to other delivery platforms I have used in the past. It delivers from Safeway and Sobeys so I knew the products would be high quality. The platform was easy to use, delivery was reliable and products were exactly what I expected. Great experience!

Voila Delivery

I used Voila delivery through Safeway and was very impressed with the ease of ordering and my delivery. I received a phone call to let me know my order was on the way and to make sure someone was at home and delivery was well within my delivery time. Items were temperature checked and all were checked to make sure they met my expectation. The delivery driver also explained to me how delivery with Voila worked. Overall I was extremely happy with the care that went into my order.

I was excited to use this grocery service as Safeway is one of my favourite places but I don’t have one close. The website was super easy to use and navigate to find great deals and exactly what I needed. There was an option for a few freebies in there as well. They were great with contact and timeline management and a call prior. I thought the service was fantastic other than the bags were loaded to heavy and broke as I picked them up and bruised apples but other than that it was a great delivery service!

First time using Safeway for a grocery pickup! Had no problems with ordering or pick up! Very courteous staff and almost all the items I had ordered were available save for one item! Plus! There were free samples you could add to your order which is a bonus in this day and age!

Easy and Affordable

Ordering from Voila was great. The website is nicely organized, and helps by categorizing all the types of deals available. To my surprise there were even free samples! It was easy to setup delivery for the next day and the drivers called when they were 10 minutes out. Everything was well packaged and looked fresh.

Voila delivers impeccable service

I did my first Voila order. Free shipping wasn't included for me so I did a pick-up order at the closest Safeway to us with Voila, which was about 20 - 25 mins away. Only one product was unavailable. Everything else was fresh and carefully packed in the paper bags. The representative that brought the order out to my car was very friendly. It was extremely cold with a bitter wind due to a blizzard coming in and they were still prompt and friendly. I would use this service again. Prices are a bit higher than in-store so I only picked sale items.

Waaay Better than Superstore

I have been using superstore click and collect for over 3 years now and to be honest this service is worth the extra 8% on my bill. My produce was fresh free of mold and soft spots and honestly that has been an issue with superstore since the beginning. It's a hard pill to swallow paying for moldy food and then having the hassle to go back and get new ones, it defeats the purpose. The customer service was AMAZING!! We were encouraged to check our food over and make sure we were satisficed, the heads up phone call was also a plus... I highly recommend!
