Voila!
I got a $25 coupon from butterly and I gave voila online grocery delivery. I downloaded and used voila app to order my groceries. The app is so easy to use. Easy to find the things you need. Unfortunately, most of the items I needed/wanted to buy were out of stock.
The prices on the app was the same price they charged me (no adjustment/estimate) which I like because there’s no guessing of the total amount I have to pay.
The delivery was within the time frame. The items were nice/orderly placed in the paper bags. The bags were also in the bins when they took them from the vehicle to my home.

I received a coupon from Butterly to try this service in exchange for my honest review. It couldn't have come at a better time, because I found myself sick and stuck at home shortly after receiving my coupon. This service is super easy and convenient to use! It saved me tons of time, meant I didn't have to go out when I was sick and saved me money from buying things I didn't really need! The delivery agent was friendly and all my produce was picked perfectly. I will definitely be using voila again!

I received a $25 coupon to use for spending a minimum of $75 or more on a single transaction, which is pretty easy to do these days given the price of groceries. I was pleasantly surprised to find that there was a 'free samples' section. I chose the Milk Bone treats for my dogs and they are a HIT. I liked that it was easy to choose my groceries on the Voila website. The delivery person called me a few minutes prior to his arrival to ensure somebody was home to receive the groceries. He instructed me to go through the bags to make sure everything looked good before he left. Everything that was supposed to be cold, was all cold. The bags were packed well. And the driver was super friendly.
Good product ...lousy customer service
I was given an incentive to use this program and give my review . Overall I am not very impressed with my Voila experience. To start off with the website was very glitchy it kept freezing. And would tell me it had lost connection. And I would have to start all over again. Then when I was shopping for my items I was looking for specific items that I had seen on sale in the flyer. And I was fighting a bunch of stuff was higher priced on voila than what it supposedly was going to be on sale for in the flyer. So I reached out to well as customer service and was informed that they don't honor the flyer prices. They have their own Sales Online. Which I find not very fair because a lot of people do shop based on what they see on the Flyers that they view either from their home or online. So if I did want some of those flyer specials inadvertently I'm still going to have to go to the store anyways which kind of defeats the purpose of using a delivery service. I then proceeded to place my order. It was amazing how many of the items I was looking for were out of stock or not available. Which again kind of defeats the purpose of having a delivery option if you can't provide what the customer wants. Then when it came time for placing my order and inputting the code that I was given. I still paid my delivery fee and then I was charged for the use of eight bags. I then reviewed my order and went I didn't need as many of the broccoli crowns as I was ordering so I deleted one and they changed my bag order by one. Which makes no sense again cuz broccoli does not need a bag of its own. I placed my order and everything was fine after that. They were good enough to phone on delivery day 5 minutes before drop off to make sure somebody was home to receive the order. And when my order came to the door the gentleman only had three bags. Even though they had charged me for eight. And then asked if I wanted him to just take the bags back. I unpacked my order. As I stated the quality of what I received was fantastic. And that aspect voila exceeded my expectations. I didn't have any items that were substituted for something else because they didn't have it in stock. I did also receive the three free items for ordering with Wawa this week. So not aspectful law went above and beyond what I thought they were going to do. And that aspect the delivery service was great. I then reached out to Wawa to inquire about the bag charge. I do realize it's only 15 cents a bag but in today's economy that's still a lot. I was told that the driver should have adjusted my charge at his truck when they reviewed the order to see that the bag amount was different than what I was charged. And that the lady would do it right then and there for me. I personally think that when they're packing the order you would know how many bags you used when you packed it so that's what I should have been charged. The other thing that's a bit off with the voila was also how my bags are packed. I personally don't like having Frozen items packaged with my fresh vegetables. Some of my vegetables were very close to being Frozen when they did arrive. Luckily they weren't but still some care should be taken with how the bags were packed. Especially being I did order a fair amount of Frozen items. Those should have all just been packed in one bag together. So overall I'm not a very impressed with Wallah at all. I probably will not ever use this service again unless I am in a dire dire situation.
Quick & Accurate Order with Friendly Service!

I’m familiar with a few online grocery services, so getting set up in the Voila system was pretty straightforward, with no issues encountered. ✅
About 10 minutes before my selected delivery time, I received a phone call from my delivery person, to make sure I was home. Since this was my first time receiving a Voila order, they explained to me that they always call ahead of time to make sure someone is home to receive the order. As well, I was advised that temperature checks had been done to my order along the way, to ensure all items were kept at safe temperatures along the way. Finally, I was assured that once all my items were delivered, I would be given a chance to check them over to ensure I was happy with them, and could simply hand over anything that didn’t meet my expectations to the delivery person for a refund.
As promised, my delivery arrived right on time, and the bags were handed over carefully so I could get them into the house. The delivery person was friendly and personable and gave me enough time to check over the items to make sure they were all there and that I was happy with them, without making me feel rushed or pressured. My order arrived on time, complete, intact (I’d ordered eggs, too! 🥚), with valid expiry dates. 🎉
We tend to shop around at a few different stores to get a variety of our favourite items at the best prices, so if Voila was my only grocery source I’d probably buy the Delivery Pass. However for occasional orders, even though there is a delivery fee, we prefer evening timeslots so it doesn’t feel excessive for an order every so often. 🌆
Overall, a great first experience using Voila, and we’d definitely use the service again! ✨

Best way to shop as a mom of two
It’s so convenient to shop online and pick up in my car. I don’t have to stress about when and if the kids will melt down in the store, I don’t have to stop mid shop and take my kids home. I can simply pull up at the grocery store in my car. Wait a few minutes have a completely loaded with everything that I need and go home.
Time saving
The site is easy to navigate and add items to my cart. I had done a weekly grocery shop earlier so i used this opportunity to fill up my pantry with snacks. The site was easy to navigate and inwas able to find all items I was looking for. The driver called me to let me know he was about 10 minutes away. When he arrived he also explained the process about how they'll note items that were exchanged or could not be found. Also explained that if i had ordered more delicate items like eggs or bread, I would be given time to inspect before accepting. Overall I think it was a great service to have and I looked forward to having my groceries arrive and felt so relaxed that I didnt have to go to the store to shop myself. I received a coupon in exchange for a review.
Comparable to Others
Today, I tried out the @voila.ca delivery to order my groceries. I was given a discount thanks to @thisisbutterly .
There are pros and cons to this delivery company. It is pretty comparable to other grocery delivery companies when it comes to their delivery fees. Like other store owned delivery companies, I was unable to choose a same day delivery slot.
I liked that they had different delivery prices depending on the time of day you had it arrive. They also offered a free item when placing a delivery.
I was a little disappointed that they were sold out of some of them items I needed, like bell peppers and baby formula. I received an email to let me know that one of the items I ordered was removed due to availability, but I wasn't an option to choose a replacement. I will end up having to go to the store myself anyway to buy my missing items.
The delivery itself went smoothly. It arrived within the time slot I requested, and the delivery driver was friendly and helpful.
Would I use this service again? Unless I needed something specifically from Sobeys of Safeway, I will stick with my current grocery delivery company.

The Voila delivery service that I received was excellent. The delivery person even placed the groceries inside my home, which had never been done before by any other delivery service. Highly recommend!
So easy and convenient!
I loved how convenient and easy the process was. Their site allows you to view products that are on sale, have point bonuses etc. The driver called to make sure I would be home and when they got to the house they let me know that frozen items had been temperature checked before drop off. I didn't have any substitutions and everything I needed was in stock. The driver was very friendly.
