Fast and convenient for the busy mom!

A great way to make your grocery run fast and efficient! With a new baby at home, there is little time for me to shop for groceries. Voila makes it super easy for me to pick up my groceries and get home fast to my newborn! So convenient!

Ordering was very easy; I really appreciated that the sale/flyer items were clearly marked as such and presented up front. Wide range of pickup times, many of which were for no additional charge (a huge bonus for me). Fast, friendly service; arrived about 6 minutes into my 1 hour pickup window and the order was brought out right away. I hadn’t indicated I would bring my own bags but the person who brought them to my car saw the bags in my trunk and asked, so I said yes and we quickly transferred them from paper to my cloth bags and my pickup confirmation email already had the bag charges eliminated. A couple of suggestions for the order form: I may have missed it, but I didn’t notice a place to indicate “no substations” (I didn’t get any, but would have said no) or “additional comments” (for example, “green bananas if possible” (mine were fine). Again maybe I missed those options but on reflection thought they’d be useful. Thanks for the opportunity to try and to review; I likely never would have tried it otherwise and now that I have I may well do so again. Thanks! So easy! The website is easy to navigate and place orders. I only received one substitution and the produce I received is fresh. Will definitely use this again as it was convenient and fast! I don’t like going into stores anymore as it’s difficult with 5 kids!

This really worked well! The website was easy to navigate and I had no problems getting a time slot and finding the things I needed to order. While I was running other errands today someone else was picking up my grocery order! At the arranged time I arrived at Sobeys, sent a quick text and then Voila! my grocery order was brought to my vehicle, the clerk even packed it all in the bags I had. Could not have been easier!

I have to say, the prices are slightly higher than the average store BUT very worth it for the quality and freshness I just received today. On time delivery and friendly driver! Honestly, I'm impressed! I will definitely buy again. Thank you!

i have tried all of the hone delivery services and Voila exceeds them all from quality, service and value. The website is so easy to use and makes ordering a breeze. the fact that you can amend your order up to the day before is also a notch above other services.

you also get to pick the time for your delivery - right down the the hour and they call before they arrive to let you know they will be at your home

During this pandemic I was forced to use a different platform for grocery delivery as this was not available. It finally became avaikable in my area and I will not use any other service. Voila is the one for me. Everything is packaged perfectly, salad kits & produce is deliver fresh! I love the phone call 5 minutes before arrival so my groceries do not sit on my porch melting or dropping into the unsafe temperature zone.

I got this offer few months ago but I completely forget to show my review! I already used the service by Sobeys few times. It really saved me visiting store. I must say fresh produce was good quality zero disappointment. I use flyer and order as per family needs. It’s so easy to buy gluten free stuff sometimes it’s hard to locate stuff in actual store.

I love the Voila by Sobeys service, as it provided a fun and convient way to shop. I was able to purchase all of my essential online and it was delivered directly to my door! I love this new innovative concept that I recommend everyone tries!
