A great experience overall!

I had such a great experience from start to finish with Voila by Sobeys! This was also my first time ordering groceries for delivery and I am impressed. The website was user friendly and I found the prices to be fair. There were a lot of flash deals at the time of ordering which I also enjoyed. I received an email notification the day of to remind me of my delivery time and the driver called me when he was about 20 minutes out. Once he arrived, he brought all of the bags to my front door and assured me that he had just double checked the temperature of all perishable items to ensure they were up to standard. He even let me inspect the carton of eggs to make sure none were broken! I received all items as I ordered them and everything was fresh. I will definitely be using this service again and I highly recommend everyone to try it out! All you need is some time to pick everything out online and then your groceries arrive on your doorstep!

Great service and attentive drivers!

Loved this experience! Driver called before arriving and made sure that I knew he was coming. He made an effort to explain the process to me and asked if there were any special requests (any particular place to leave everything). All my items were in stock and fulfilled, which was greatly appreciated.

Very punctual, great value

I ordered about 20 items. I liked that they had great sales (e.g. 12 pack of yogurt for $1.50). They came on time, and the delivery man was very friendly and asked for feedback. I think the delivery fee of $7.99 is a bit too high, maybe it should be free if over $100. I did not like that there is a minimum of $50. Overall, I really liked the service and I think it is worthwhile to try, whether as a full grocery trip or as a top-up grocery buy. .

Quick & Easy

From start to finish Voila by Sobey's is an excellent company. The website was easy to navigate even on my phone. Scanning for what I needed was surprisingly quick. Making the payment and setting a date for delivery was easy. It all arrived the next day. The delivery man was quick & polite. This was the first time I used a grocery delivery service. I was really impressed with all of it and I would recommend this to anyone that doesn't enjoy grocery, lacks the time or the energy or just would prefer the convenience of it all. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Definitely 5⭐'s.

This new service is a hit

I’ve tried this new grocery delivery service a handful of times now and I absolutely love it! It has the lowest delivery fee I’ve seen so far compared to competitors. They have really good flash sale items! Ive been able to get a lot of things at half price from their flats sale items and I’ve been able to try some items I wouldn’t normally try because they were on sale. They even offer free items from their “compliments” line as samples for you to try. Ive been able to try shredded cheese, orange juice, and burgers! The delivery people have been very friendly and contactless delivery is great. They bring your bags up to your door and step back so you can bring them inside. I love that the orders are picked by robots so there is a lot less touching of your items. I wish they would add air miles and have the same prices as in their stores. Ive noticed sometimes when fruit is on sale in the flyer it is not the same price online. Overall i have really enjoyed using Volia and now that they have an app it’s even easier to navigate your grocery trip. If you haven’t tried them out, YOU NEED TO!

Great Service! Will use this again! I like that compared to other food delivery services this one is coming from a warehouse not the actual store. All the products that I wanted were available and easy to find whereas from a store it was difficult to secure my products. Everything that I placed in my cart I received and there is no phone call back and forth with the store. It is also nice that Sobeys Voila offers Farm Boy and Well.ca products too! 2 other stores that I do shop at as well. I am very happy with their service and I would say it is super convenient at these times.

This service is recommended to those who don't want to be exposed to others and would like to have the convenience of having groceries delivered to their front door. Great Way to Stay Safe

I was given a $25 off $100 coupon thanks to the Product Review Club. Sobey's has recently started carrying more Farm Boy products so I was able to load up on those because the closest Farm Boy is one city over. I was really happy to receive this offer because I was able to save on groceries I love while also staying safe due to COVID! It was super easy to use and schedule my delivery! Will be using again in the future.

Very Impressed!

Voila by Sobeys was the first delivery service I have tried as other services do not deliver to our area, so I was pleased already! It was easy to place my order online and select a delivery time. I had made mine for the following day. I received a call from the driver about 10 minutes prior to my scheduled delivery time to confirm whether the time was still convenient, and was explained that contact-less delivery measures would be followed. I was also asked how I would like to be contacted once the delivery had been completed (i.e. text message, phone call or doorbell ring). I asked for the driver to ring the doorbell. When I answered, I was greeted by a very friendly individual who took a few moments to explain the service to me as I was a new customer. He told me that they use shopping bags with different handles to indicate which items need more immediate attention (i.e. frozen foods). The service was efficient, very friendly and exceeded by expectations. I felt like a highly valued and appreciated customer. (Shout out to my awesome driver Utkursh!) I definitely recommend giving this service a try and will certainly consider using it again in future.

Great service! My delivery driver called about 10 mins before my order was dropped off. Came promptly at the time I have it scheduled to be delivered! Or driver informed me that it was a contactless delivery, so once she arrived she gave us a sweet wave and placed our groceries gently on our porch. All of my groceries were there and you receive the best selection of your food, fresh and ripe! Excellent service for anyone with a busy schedule. Thanks Sobeys!
