Freshness and Fast

This is my first time to try Voila and I am impressed how fresh the produces are. The delivery guy was also prompt and did not leave my grocery outside the house. He made sure we would get it and on the right address. One item wasn't available but he communicated it with me and replaced it... I love how the produce were fresh as I was the one who picked it.

You can't put a price on convenience!

This was my first time using any sort of grocery delivery service, and I have to say - I'm impressed. The process was so simple and easy... my delivery came right one time, and all the items were fresh (especially produce)! I appreciate their "alternative" selection when an item is out of stock. Overall, I am really happy with this service, I for one hate going to the grocery store... so being able to have it delivered to your front door is soooo convenient!!

Fresh produce and excellent customer service

The produce are so fresh and the customer service is excellent. Their delivery person will not leave your groceries at your door step thus they will hand it over to you. I’ve also got free item which is absolutely awesome. To more online shopping with voila!

Best Delivery service

The delivery was spot on. First they called me to check whether I am at home or not, then they delivered in a nice package. The delivery person asked us to verify our order. Once we confirmed then he explained the delivery process going forward since I am the new customer.

The delivery was right on time, with no items missing. The driver was friendly and communicated well throughout the delivery process. The quality of the products was excellent, and everything arrived in perfect condition. As someone with a busy schedule, Voilà has been a game-changer for me. So convenient!

I’ve used all the other delivery programs out there however this felt like a better experience. The food was fresh, the driver called when he was almost here to let me know my food would arrive shortly, and the prices are more than reasonable! There were sales on some items and I even got a free item…just cause! There weren’t a bunch of added fees and prices weren’t inflated. Definitely recommend!

Making life easy

I am heavily pregnant so I enjoyed having the groceries delivered to my door. Saved me a lot of time and I got a lot of free samples which I thoroughly enjoyed as well!
