Amazing delivery service

I consider myself lucky to have used this service. It is contactless. Efficient and reliable. No other delivery service measures up to their professionalism. I was impressed with customer service when I called to inquire about a product. I was impressed with an email telling me what time to expect my groceries. I love their clean trucks and I was particularly impressed with their bags. Those with green unless were meant for immediate refrigeration ! Brilliant. The person delivering the groceries was also knowledgeable about the operations at sobeys!!!

Voila offers a great alternative to shopping in person, they offer the same prices as advertised in store and it’s as easy as clicking and browsing and putting it in your cart without the actual labour. I really appreciate this service especially during this difficult time.

Amazing Customer Service

The Voila grocery service by Sobeys is by far the most superior grocery delivery service available! The app makes it a breeze to find/order products. The food is fresh, coming from the warehouse so never any issues with out of stock items. The delivery itself is smooth with amazing communication (I recieved a phone call 10-15 min before delivery). The driver knew all my items were accounted for, and was very kind. Great service that is truly made for busy families like mine!

After 3 months of using Voila by Sobeys I have nothing but the highest praise for this service. The order arrives fresh, nothing missing or substituted, delivered on time by a friendly driver. I can't say that for other grocery services I have tried. When you meet with this level of excellence there is only one thing to do -- and I have done it. Voila by Sobeys is now my only choice for grocery delivery!

Best Grocery Service I've used!

From the time I opened Voila's website to the time I received my products at the door I had a great experience. Their website made it fast and easy to pick the products I wanted to buy with a side menu and sub menus categorized as well as a search bar. They also have a vast collection of products to choose from. It is very easy to add and subtract items to the grocery cart and it tallies the price as you go along. I also like that the sale items for the week are posted. I like that there are convenient 1 hour window times for delivery. The driver came to my apartment door in my high rise. I didn't have to go to the lobby. Big convenience for me! He even called and said he was 15 min. away giving me a heads up. When he arrived we went over my order and made sure it was all there. The produce I ordered was super fresh! + +_x000D_
The cons about this service is I cannot collect Airmiles or coupons ordering through Voila. Also I would expect the prices of the products would be somewhat cheaper (comparing to Nofrills and Food Basics etc) since they are being picked from the warehouse and not the store itself._x000D_

Amazing service

I received a promotional code for a discount to try out Voila and I was very impressed. I found many great prices in their discount section, and my delivery person was excellent. He was going to be five minutes early and called to confirm this would be fine. He was super polite and friendly. All of my groceries came well packed, everything frozen was still frozen, everything refrigerated was cold, and there was no squished boxes or bruised produce. I was extremely pleased and I will definitely order from them again.

Being a little skeptical of grocery delivery, I decided to try Voila and was pleasantly surprised! The online portal was simple to use, products were easy to find & best of all there were lots of timeslots!!! The driver also called me when he was 15 mins away- I really appreciated this!

Great service, fair prices

I used Voila to order groceries and was so pleasantly surprised. The sale prices were similar to sales in store, and delivery was only 8$. The person who delivered the order communicated really well with me, calling before and ensuring contactless delivery punctually in my slot. Website was easy to navigate.
