Fast and safe way to grocery shop

It was pretty easy to place my order, the driver called before arriving to my house to make sure I would be available to receive my order. Everything was fresh, and well packaged. Found good deals as well!

New Grocery Delivery In Town

I've been anxiously waiting for Sobey's to introduce their delivery service and they haven't disappointed. Fast, convenient, and easy to use it has all the benefits of the popular grocery chain right at your fingertips (and to your door). Would definitely recommend especially when you are crunched for time or want to limit your outdoor interactions.

Amazing! Fresh, on time and great prices!

I have always been skeptical of grocery delivery services, but Voila by Sobeys was a game changer! The prices were great and the service was great.. I received a phone call on the morning of the delivery to make sure they had all the right contact information and the person who arrived with the delivery was very friendly. All of the items I ordered were available and I even received a free product (carton of OJ) as a bonus. I have already recommended this service to others and I will use it in the future when needed.

Was so easy and convenient

I was given a $25 dollar upon to try voila it was easy to select items and checkout the product arrived this morning on time and I was greeted by the driver wearing proper ppe he was very friendly and asked if it was okay to place groceries in the porch everything was packed,properly in the bags and was very fresh thank you!

The website was very user friendly and it was very easy to place my order . I enjoyed the fact that I could place my order and then continue to add items I had forgotten until the day before my order was delivered. Saved me so much time and was so convenient to have that feature . So many times I've left the grocery store to come home only to remember I forget this , I forgot that . I received everything I ordered and even got the weekly free offer which was a box of burgers my understanding is that item changes weekly but they were amazing ! Very fair pricing , produce was super fresh and they even have a great guarantee if you are not happy with what you receive. Absolutely amazing customer service . The woman who delivered my groceries called me upon arrival to inform me of social distancing protocols in place to keep everyone safe and I was very greatful that she went above and beyond my expectations! I will be using this service and to anyone who is considering using Voila , do it you will not be disappointed! Thanks Voila !

With the current situation and pandemic, this is a great feature that is offered. Everything is delivered right to you and no contact is required.

My driver was super friendly and was right on time! He unloaded everything I had ordered and no mistakes were made. Everything was fresh and the selection of items offered seemed better than other delivery Services. Though prices may be high for some products, it’s worth it for the convenience of not driving, especially if you have children or are busy with work and other commitments.

Great option for someone with little time like me

I want to start that I had received a discount as part of a Product Review Club offer, but this doesn't change my opinion on my experience.
As someone trying to juggle online school myself and with a child, I was very excited to be apart of an opportunity that would make shopping hassle-free.

The navigation of the Voila by Sobeys website was smooth and easy. The breakdown of the subgroups of groceries was well defined. I was able to find the sale items as they were on bold and on the top of the subset. The booking system was effortless and straightforward.

The van that delivered the groceries clearly labelled that they were from Voila from Sobey's and were very friendly and maintained a reasonable distance, making me feel safe.

The food quality was perfect, and up to my standards of choice. I was quite impressed as it saved me hours of shopping, and I could accomplish other tasks I needed to do that day. Highly recommended for anyone who doesn't have time to go shopping or doesn't feel safe going out.
