Convenient and Great Quality

I would highly recommend this delivery service to anyone not comfortable leaving their house right now, unable to leave or just for convenience purposes. There were appointments available for the next day, making it a very reasonable wait time.

The price point for delivery is a little high at $7.99 which may prevent some from using the service, however the quality of items provided really coincided with that price point.

The delivery person called when they were on their way, and explained how the process all worked as it was my first time ordering. They explained that bags with green stripes had the cold food that needed refrigeration or to be frozen. I thought this was fantastic, as sometimes you aren’t able to put the groceries away immediately. This system allows you to easily see which food NEEDS to go away immediately, and which can wait.

I am always leery of others picking my produce, however it was fresh and I was completely satisfied with it! Everything was packed nicely and it looked like care and consideration was put into the shop, packing and delivery.

They encourage recycling of the bags used by offering a discount on returning the bags (I believe, I didn’t quite understand but I think that was what they said) however due to COVID they weren’t charging for bags kept at that time.

I received a discount as part of a Product Review Offer. I may not have tried this service without the discount, however I’m so glad I did. If I’m unable to go and get grocery items myself, I would definitely use Voila by Sobey’s again. Even with the higher deliver fee, I can be confident that I’m getting fresh produce and quality items.

Lastly! Shopping on the site was so easy. They even have a sale section where you can browse all the sales. I was able to save an additional $13 by finding what I needed in the sale section. It was quick, easy and very straightforward.

Never going back to regular grocery shopping!

I am blown away by how amazing this experience was. It was super efficient to shop online and modify my order as needed before the cut off period. There was a large amount of delivery availability throughout my desired delivery day. The quality of the product was actually great, I was pleasantly surprised as I was worried about the quality of produce. I will definitely be utilizing this service again in the future!

Great service directly home

#VoilabySobeys is a great option for those looking to get fresh food delivered directly to their home. We found the website super easy to navigate and making changes and additions was also simple and immediate. The 'sale' section was great with lots of options on things we would consider buying anyway at upwards of 50% off.

The only drawback is the cost of service. It's a little steep for those looking to save some money. Otherwise we were very satisfied with the service, speed, courtesy of the deliver person and availability of delivery dates and times. Would use again.

Impressive!

Initially, I had troubles connecting with the Voila site, but after awhile it worked. It was the smoothest ordering process and not at all convoluted. Their communication via email is immediate and concise. Prior to delivery, I received a call to advise they were on their way. The lady that delivered was courteous, informative and kind. I am so impressed with the freshness and quality of the food, and I love that it comes straight from their warehouse. I will definitely order again! Thank you Chick Advisor and Voila!

Easy to Use, quick to deliver!

I placed this order on a Tuesday afternoon for delivery Wednesday. Super easy to choose products and then speed of delivery was even better than using Amazon! Love how the bags tell you IF you want to do returns to use the same bag. Definitely would love to use again. Product came in great quality and no damages. Would recommend for speed and price.

Excellent service

I am so happy & excited about my first online grocery order! I have attempted to order groceries online numerous times but was always disappointed with the lack of product & delivery times. So when I received a discount code from chickadvisor to try Voila from Sobeys I was skeptical.
BUT I was pleasantly surprised! Not only was it super easy, there were lots of delivery timeslots. The driver called me to advise he was on route, And best of all, I could order from Farmboy & Well.ca too!!!

Selected as one of the #VoilabySobeys advocates, I had the opportunity to try out this new Grocery delivery service by Sobeys. The website is easy to use & navigate. Finding products I need by Category or search was also very easy. I choose to have my order delivered and there were lots of delivery times available. My order was delivered earlier than the time I selected and the Driver actually called to confirm if it is ok.

Great affordable way to get groceries

I received a coupon from chick Advisor for VoilabySobeys. I just placed my order of groceries and they delivered them rignt to my door. The products were super fresh. Packaged neatly and I never had to leave my house. I would highly recommend this service.

No Hands? No Time? No PROBLEM!

I think this service is awesome for when you have no time to go out and do your shop; or in this days leave the safety of your home. I received a coupon from Chick Advisor for this service that was a nice discount for our weeks shop. All at the ease of my home. I would definitly use this again around special occasions when having company over or for before birthday or dinner parties! Anytime you are swampt with cleaning and prep you dont have yo worry about running out to the store (innall the lines) to get what you need to host properly. I find that is when I never have time for that. The quality of the products were exceptional and really nicely packaged. The online page was really easy to use! I found that is what took the most time but the search function helped alot. The only thing I was a bit unhappy with was the delivery fee, it was a bit steep but for the easy service and packaging it's nice to use occasionally. I have told some of my friends who are nervous about leaving their home right now (espcially to a grocery store) about this service too and they are going to try it out.
