Easy Ordering

I received a discounted coupon from Chick Advisor. This was my first experience using a grocery delivery service Ordering online with Voilà was very easy & not only are items from Sobeys, but also from Farm Boy and other companies. I was able to have my groceries come the next day as early as 6am. My order came within my time slot and the diver was exceptional nice and explained how Voilà picks your items, delivers them checking temperature at each stop. The truck was very clean & they have a spot for pantry items, fridge items & freezer items. My order was correct & only one bread item had an expiry date within 3 days & after I emailed them about it, I was refunded that cost right away Very happy with this service.

The safest way to get groceries!

I've been jumping from delivery service to delivery service when it comes to my necessities because I'm high-risk. When I heard about Voila's service and how the products were gathered in their factory rather than through the actual stores, I knew their process would have less human involvement and more safety precautions.

Their selection online is a bit limited and oftentimes for people with special diets, they're unable to find what they're looking for. But for an average person, their selection is decent.

Delivery was smooth and the duo that came to deliver were very polite and efficient.

A+ service, a small hiccup fixed!

The experience in using Voila was far better than I expected. Sobey's has its act together with regards to offering an easy to use, seamless site and post customer service.

The website was simply laid out where you just couldn't get lost in searching for your items. The sales category was especially helpful too in adding items I wasn't thinking of. Scheduling a delivery was easy, next day was available (which can be hard to come by on a weekend). Payment and order confirmation processed without issue. I was even able to add items to my order before a well reasonable cut off time.

Delivery arrived within 15 minutes of my window start time. Very friendly employee who provided all items in order. Unfortunately, one fruit pack had gone south but customer service was phenomenal. They resolved the issue on the spot... showing a true commitment to freshness!

The service was useful for my busy family needs. The grocery prices are higher than I'm used to and the fee slightly higher than currently used competitor, but in a pinch, I would definitely use this service again. Now if only curbside pick up was available... I would be there every week ;)

Food shopping in my PJs is a thing now!

We are now obsessed with Viola!, if you haven't tried delivery grocery shopping then you're missing out! Viola is an online store that is easy to navigate, they also highlight sales items to make savings easy!

I loved how simple it was to find everything I needed, I also loved how you could also shop form Farm Boy and Well.ca products so It was also a multi-brand shopping experience.

I loved that you could pick a date and a TIME for delivery, this is amazing because you can plan exactly when your items will arrive so you are ready to unbox them right away!

I also loved that they could deliver in 24 hours and that my order came EXACTLY on time it was amazing and the driver notified me when he arrived.

My only conn was most items come in a bulk form, for example, you can online get limes in a bag of three as opposed to one item. I also found some items were only available on certain dates so I couldn't get everything I need but it was only one or two items that I could get so that was not too bad!

Other than that it was a really great experience and I would definitely do it again and recommend to others!

Voila by Sobeys saves me precious time

Voila by Sobeys saved me precious time at the end of a busy work week. It was wonderful to come home to colour coded bag handles separating frozen from pantry groceries. Quality food selection was available from both Sobeys and Farm Boy. The $7.99 delivery fee was a bit expensive but it was a quality service. I would highly recommend this service.

I LOVED my Voila by Sobeys experience, from creating great an account, shopping, placing an order and check out, this was a fantastic first time experience with grocery delivery!

The website is user friendly, and the hidden gem you won’t find in store?! Sobeys “Flash Sale” items, discounted up to 50%, amazing!

Delivery was next day, and not only did the driver call ahead of time, he was professional and paid such attention to prepping our items and the delivery process

All items were as ordered, with some being less then the posted cost. Fresh, quality products:

This coupon came at the perfect time. I was happy to try out this new service. One thing I loved was that you can get products from not only Sobeys, but also Farm Boy and Well.ca. All the produce I ordered was fresh. Delivery was bright and early and had a reminder call. Would recommend this service and would use again.

Worth every penny!

I received the offer from Chick Advisor and contemplated about the offer, as I know Sobeys is expensive and I rarely shop there for that reason. I thought heck why not give it a try considering the COVID-19 pandemic and not wanting to head to the store myself. I placed my order online, very easy and I was pleased with the selection of groceries I could order. The delivery driver called me ahead of time to let me know when he would be here and very punctual! Everything was fresh, cold and/or frozen. I would rate this service a 4* and would definitely would recommend to my friends and family.

I ordered yesterday and today recieved my groceries. I wound definitely buy again and I will recommend it. I want to especially thanks Elias (driver) for his excellent service! It's really nice to have someone that explain everything and with such a nice customer service!

Voila service has a cheaper delivery rate than most competitors out there. Their prices are great and it was easy to add to cart and checkout. Delivery was speedy and the produce was fresh. Would use again
