Great option

I had heard about Voilà through advertising but was skeptical seeing as I had never used a grocery delivery service before, so I was very excited when I was given an opportunity to try it from Chick Advisor
Tte site was very easy to navigate, had lots of great options including Farm Boy which was a real bonus! When I went to check out, I thought I may have to wait days to get my delivery but to my surprise they had lots of slots available the next day the delivery driver called me about 10 minutes before he arrived to give me a heads up my order was there on my doorstep with everything I had asked for what a great first experience!
The ONLY thing that I didn’t love was that the driver wasn’t allowed to accept a tip

I love the service, their website is very easy to access as well. Their food is fresh with reasonable price. I would love to recommend this to my family and friends.

Great new service!!

I was sent a $25 gift certificate to try this new service so I thought sure I will try it out. Well I am glad I did.. not only did they have EVERYTHING I ordered but it was all in perfect condition when I received it. I have had other grocery delivery services that my fruits and veggies have come totally banged and bruised up but not Voilà! They had a great selection of items and also some that my regular store doesn't carry so I was excited to try them. All around it was a easy, pleasant, and great experience! I have already told several friends and family members to try it out!

Love the great service

A toddler screamed “there’s a big blue truck with an avocado on it! It’s here to delivery avocados!!!”

The truck is Viola from Sobeys, a new grocery delivery service where someone packs all of your groceries from the warehouse...not from the grocery store. This means it hasn’t been handled much at all with good safety protocols in place. And they don’t just stock sobey’s stuff...they stalk farmboy packaged shelf goods as well!!! This is so great since we don’t live close to a farmboy and haven’t been able to make a trip since covid hit.

Their website is super easy to use....the interface is simple and easy to use on the computer or mobile. Just pick a delivery date before you start since the inventory is calculated on what date you choose otherwise items that looked like they would be in stock can go out of stock on another day or vice versa.

They deliver within the hour slot, and man that delivered it explained the bags with green stripes on the handle needs to go in the fridge immediately. It was great! I would definitely use this service again.

Quality and variety

First of all I tried Voila by Sobeys because I received a discount as part of a Product Review Club offer.
Objectively this is just one more option of online groceries provider, however I appreciated the broader choice of products available as well as the quality of the fresh products I ordered.
This obviously comes at a price too so I’m not sure I will use Voilà again in the future unless I’m looking for a specific product that is unavailable on another online groceries platform.

Convenient service and easy ordering

Service was very prompt and the online ordering system was relatively easy to use. Courtesy call by the driver prior to the delivery was a nice touch and driver was very courteous and helpful.

Nice that Farm Boy products are offered, I'd consider that my main pull factor to the service, especially since Farm Boy locations are not as widespread as Sobeys/FreshCo. Farm Boy products are unique and delicious, it's a must that Sobeys include them in their service.

Price is on the higher side though, especially in comparison to discount grocers, and 1-2 items of produce were not appealingly fresh.

Personally, I do not see myself using the service in the future since my local grocer is 500 metres away so shopping is close and hassle free.

There are numerous benefits of the service. I can see it being very useful to those who do not drive, live a far distance from a grocery or do not have the mobility/time to grocery shop (non-mobile elderly, disabled individuals, stay at home mom's). The service really fills this niche well, and with a wide product selection on offer. I would definitely recommend it.

Make grocery shopping easy by trying delivery!

I received the opportunity to try this new service through the Product Review Club, and while I don't live near a Sobeys, I thought it's a good idea to try it out. Having had tried other grocery delivery services in the past, I was expecting a delay in delivery. I was surprised that they had time slots available for the next day. The delivery process was smooth. The driver called me to inform me he's here, and he explained that Sobeys not only check food temperature before loading for delivery, but also check again once they arrive at the address. The entire process was pleasant and efficient. I would order from them again!

fast delivery, amazing products, great driver this service has it all!! I was so shocked and amazed at how great the customer service and delivery was. I would totally use this service again!

Convenient delivery

I received a $25 off voucher from Chickadvisor to try this service. This was a convenient service to buy groceries and household items - I mainly got packaged and frozen foods. There was a good variety of products including some vegan items. The only minor issue I had was in terms of produce, you can't buy, for example, a single onion or two apples, it's all pre packaged quantities, which makes sense for a delivery service but is not ideal for a small household such as mine. I did get a couple of produce items and they were fresh. In future I would probably order again especially if there were a promotion, or if I were having a party or something (I don't drive so large grocery purchases are a little inconvenient). But due to the delivery fee (7.99) I probably won't order regularly. The driver seemed friendly and called in advance to make sure we were home before delivering (I wasn't home but my boyfriend was, so I didn't get to meet the driver). My boyfriend put away all the groceries before I got home so I was unable to take a picture of my order and forgot to ask him to take one.
