Voilà indeed!

I received my grocery order from Voilà by Sobeys and I was impressed.

The service was great! When I placed my order the site was easy to navigate and I discovered new brands (Farm Boy). I like that you can also get products from Well.ca. I received my items on time (I was called 15 min prior to let me know she was on her way👍). I will definitely be placing a future order.

I was given a discount code for $25 off my grocery order of $100 or more from ChickAdvisor as part of their Product Review Club offer.

Easy to order and find products

I was happy to receive a credit and try out Sobeys Voila delivery service, the $25 credit covered the $7.99 delivery charge which I thought was a bit high to begin with. I was worried that products would be expensive but I found the prices reasonable and was able to pick up a few things on sale. I did notice some things were not in stock, this would be frustrating if I was using this system as my only means of grocery shopping but I used it to stock up on some staples and heavier items (pop, boxed and canned goods) so the delivery will be worth it.

Great service

You get what you pay for. For the price for delivery, it beats other well known stores that provide delivery service to home. The site prices have good deals that you can check every week. The items I ordered for were all available and don't have any problems when it was delivered. Proper infection control was used by the delivery person and the groceries I got were well prepared as they are temperature controlled. The whole process was smooth and the delivery came on time.

Very convenient!

This service provided by Sobey's is extremely convenient and easy to use! The prices were not bad, I wish we could price match as some things were a little over-priced compared to other stores. But if you stick to sales/Flash sales then the prices are competitive. I liked that the cold food was temperature checked and that those items came bagged together and easily identifiable with the green handles. Overall, I'd use the service again in a pinch.

On line grocery shopping

I decided to try this as this was new to my area. I have tried other grocery delivery service but I have to say... this is the best. On the webpage - they offer on line deals that the fliers don't have. I purchased frozen shrimps at 50 % off -$4.49 a bag.
System is easy to navigate - selected produce selection.
I got a great delivery window- usually next day which is still great.
Manny called to confirm and he delivered all the items to my door. The frozen items were frozen, produce was very fresh and soft drinks cool.
It was a wonderful experience and definitely recommend this service over the competitor that I used.

Sobeys does it again

Registering for Sobeys Voila was super easy. Navigating thru the website was also a breeze. Maybe it was the week but I wasn't super impressed with the On Sale items and I had 3 items I wanted to order come back saying they were out of stock. I was surprised that potatoes were out of stock! On the positive side my groceries arrived the next day during the window of time I selected. The delivery man was polite, wearing a mask and brought right to my door. The vegetables were large, fresh and I was impressed

Everything was in stock!

Received $25 off my order to provide a review for ChickAdvisor. Delivery was prompt, they called 10 mins ahead to provide notice and all items were in stock. The only issue I found was lack of description of products, most products only have one view of the product and the full ingredient list in not readily available. The best part? They delivered in a delivery truck that looked temperature controlled.

Excellent convenient service

This was my first time using Voilà by Sobeys, through ChickAdvisor Product Club Review. Website was easy to use and well made, being the first time around it took me a little longer than on my regular grocery shopping site (Walmart).
Price-wise - like in stores- a bit higher than the major chains bit good quality.
Delivery service was excellent, great communication, on time and super convenient service with a friendly delivery person. Would definitely buy again and recommend to anyone favoriting convenience and time- saving.

Excellent service!

I placed my first Voila by Sobeys order with a coupon code from Chickadvisor in exchange for my review. I found the prices to be good, especially for a grocery delivery service. I purchased lots of items in their clearance section, and everything that arrived was already pre-frozen, or still had lots of time before it is actually expiring. Overall I’m very pleased with Voila and will definitely use it again.

Love their non dairy options

I love going to Sobeys and now ordering online for their awesome gluten free breads and dairy free products. I can always find deals on what I need to feed my family of 5.
