Expensive service but nice

I received a discount to use this service from ChickAdvisor. Unfortunately I think Sobeys is an expensive grocery store so it wasn't really much of a discount in the end.

It was quick. I ordered my groceries at 7pm and had them delivered the next morning before 10am. The driver was very pleasant and courteous and contacted me 15 min before arrival to confirm.

One thing I didn't appreciate was that I couldn't order all the groceries I needed. Some items were out of stock (like celery??) so I still have to go back to the store to get some items. Not that convenient after an expensive delivery ($8 fee).

Wouldn't use this service again. I can easily go to the store myself.

Loved the service!

I really loved the idea of having my groceries delivered to me!! Skip the line ups in this crazy times and order through VOILA BY SOBEYS!! What impressed me the most was the whole process- From the time you send up your online order to the delivery process. everything was so User friendly, simplified and processed on proper times. I was amazed to know their groceries are packed by robots which means minimal point of contact- who wouldn't love that at this time. You receive a phone call when the driver is on route for your home and all the bags are dropped to your front door. Even the bags were packed to separate the ones that go in freezer versus the fridge and pantry ones. I really loved the whole experience and would definitely order again.

Convenient Groceries!

During this time (COVID), having your groceries delivered is a great option and it is awesome that Sobeys now offers option! The site was easy to use and the delivery was quick! Overall I still prefer the in-person grocery shopping experience to pick out the preferred produce however this is a good option for busy families!

Cannot deliver in some areas

Sadly, I could not complete this offer because Voila by Sobeys does not deliver in my area. I tried inquiring over the phone as well but they are limited on shipping to specific places at the moment.

Grocerys To Your Door

An easy way to shop and not pick up those extra items as you browse the aisles. The only downside is you don't get to hand pick the items so if your picky with your produce this might not be for you. Overall I great way to shop while in the middle of this pandemic. I will continue to grocery shop online.

Amazing delivery service!

I have used Voila by Service three times and have found it to be the best grocery delivery service available in the GTA. With the second wave of the pandemic, I am using the service more and more to do my weekly shop. Their customer service is excellent, and I like that you can modify your order after it has been placed. Overall I would recommend this service! The delivery fee is worth it considering the time-saving and convenience!

Amazing delivery service!!!

I have used their service during the early months of the pandemic of Covid and I must say that I am very impressed with their service and will use it in the coming winter months! I have used their service at least 3 times and each delivery was done in a professional manner and would highly recommend their service to anyone looking for a fast and efficient delivery!!!

Impressed with the professionalism of the driver and easy website nagivation

1) Easy to navigate the website to order
2) Sale items were under their own tab
3) Some items were available from Freshco, Farmboy and Well.ca
4) Individually wrapped/ packed
5) Grocery was delivered on the day and within the time slot I selected.
6) I received a call when grocery was on the way
7) Driver handled my grocery with proper protection gear (mask/gloves).
Overall, I was pleased with my experience.

High quality alternative

First time using a grocery delivery service and I am very impressed with how easy the whole process was. Website was convenient and could easily navigate. There was a wide range of delivery times available and I appreciated the driver giving me a 10-15 minute estimated arrival time so I wasn't waiting around. Delivery was no contact and drivers were in full PPE, with masks and gloves. I would recommend and look forward to using the service again!

fast, efficient and fresh

this service is as promised. Fresh produce, fast service and efficient. Im glad sobeys decided to do this, especially during these times. It's hard to ensure that you get fresh when ordered from the store but to get directly from the warehouse made a difference
