Amazing service

I received a promotional code for a discount to try out Voila and I was very impressed. I found many great prices in their discount section, and my delivery person was excellent. He was going to be five minutes early and called to confirm this would be fine. He was super polite and friendly. All of my groceries came well packed, everything frozen was still frozen, everything refrigerated was cold, and there was no squished boxes or bruised produce. I was extremely pleased and I will definitely order from them again.

Being a little skeptical of grocery delivery, I decided to try Voila and was pleasantly surprised! The online portal was simple to use, products were easy to find & best of all there were lots of timeslots!!! The driver also called me when he was 15 mins away- I really appreciated this!

Accurate orders & friendly service

My experience with Voilà by Sobeys was a pretty positive one! Although I consider the prices fairly high, the quality of any produce, bakery or meat items is very fresh and reliable. The site is pretty easy to navigate and even has a Sales section you can shop from just like a flyer. Sometimes it was difficult to locate an item but most of the time you could easily search for items from the search bar at the top. The only real downside to the shopping experience for me was that you could not choose a quantity for produce. For example, you could not choose how many tomatoes or bananas you wanted. It was just “one bunch” of banans that was put into your cart for you. As a single person I do not like seeing food go to waste so I like buying individual items, but for whatever reason this system did not allow you to do so. I am hoping they fix this in the future. Choosing a delivery window was easy and they seemed to have a lot of timeslots and availability, which was great. On the day my order was to be delivered, the driver kept in touch once on the road, informed me beforehand when they were leaving and en route, how long it would be before they got there, and was very friendly and helpful at the door. Everything in my order was correct and accurate, and I would use their service again!

Fast service and good quality products

I tried the Voila delivery service and it was incredibly fast.We got our groceries delivered to the door the next day on a weekend and the food was fresh.I requested for a contactless delivery due to the pandemic so the delivery person dropped it at the door , sent me a text and waited in his vehicle until I got the bags in.It was a hot day so I really appreciated that. Website was very easy to navigate and user friendly to find items I required at a good price.

I used Voila to order groceries and was so pleasantly surprised. The sale prices were similar to sales in store, and delivery was only 8$. The person who delivered the order communicated really well with me, calling before and ensuring contactless delivery punctually in my slot. Website was easy to navigate.

Great service and ordering

Ordering was easy (they have an app and a website) and they have flash deals that are 50% off. You can select one hour delivery windows from 6 am to 10pm. You can literally order and have it delivered the next day or schedule one a few days away. Was impressed my the professional truck delivery and everything came in great condition. I was told they regulate the temperatures of their products. Everything was bagged with simalar products in multiple bags. They plan to take back grocery bags after COVID is over, which is great for the environment. Contactless delivery and they wear masks. The $7.99 delivery fee is well worth all this.

I tried the Sobey's Voila delivery service and was so impressed. The website is easy to use. The groceries arrived on time, they were exactly what I asked for. The delivery people were so kind and explained the covid guidelines, ensuring our safety and theirs. Overall, it was just so simple, we came home from a weekend at the cottage and our groceries were there and ready to go. We didn't have to drive to the grocery store, we didn't have to wait in line, no hassle, and no fuss. Just great food, at a good price at our door
