Impressive service!

I'm not a usual shopper at Sobeys so was interested in this opportunity and I have to say I'm incredibly impressed!!

The process of ordering was so smooth, better than other grocery pickup services. I was able to shop by sales or by category and even for a free sample of a product included

I was able to utilize sale prices and my Voila! Discount for this campaign and save $85!!!

I selected a delivery for Monday September 7th fully expecting that it was a holiday and it would be cancelled. I was pleasantly surprised when I received a confirmation email in the morning and then a call from the driver to advise he'd arrive in 7-10 minutes.

The driver was friendly, packed the groceries well. The products were all perfect, the frozen items were still fully frozen, no damage to produce, everything was perfect.

Overall I'm incredibly impressed and expect that I'll be using the service again in the future. Being a mom to 2 young boys with a husband who works away from home a lot means I don't always have the time to get into a grocery store so this service will come in handy, it's even easier than Grocery pickup services because it's delivered to your door.

The only thing I'd like to see different is to have air miles included as an option when checking out to maximize both the savings and rewards.

Voila by sobeys review

I enjoyed online shopping from voila. The website was easy to navigate.The delivery was great easy to book an appointment. The driver calls with your delivery unloads the groceries on your porch. I liked that you could get Farm boy items as well. IReceived a discount coupon. I would recommend this service to others. The groceries that were selected were of good quality

On time freshness

It's our first time to try sobeys delivery.its on time.freshness meat and fruits.packaging are lil bit thin for the other item to carry on.thanks for 25dollars off.save as a lot.

I was fortunate to try #VoilabySobeys.

I received a discount from Product Review Club. The app was easy to use. The food is fresh and the delivery is amazing. On the day of delivery, the delivery person contacts you to let know their are close by. They are friendly and mannerly. I used it twice and would used it again. These opinions are my own.

Voila by Sobeys Review

Overall I liked the service, the delivery fee is at par with the other delivery services except for Uber which takes a %.

They called me 15 minutes before they arrived to make sure I was home, the delivery staff was very friendly and explained that all their staff undergo a complete check before the deliver, this includes checking temperature which is cool! He said he would leave the bags on the front porch and i would have 5 minutes to check my order, if it wasn’t packed right I would get a refund which is great too. I loved that the bags that needed to go into the freezer/fridge were marked different, makes sorting easier.

Overall I do find Sobeys slightly expensive compared to Walmart otherwise this service is completely on point.

Great experience

Great experience using the Voila service by Sobeys! The driver was very friendly and professional. The website was easy to use and lots of great things on sale. The items I received including produce were good quality which has been a hit and miss with other services. Also they tell you right upfront when you place the order which items are unavailable so you can choose other products as opposed to having substitutes picked for you. I would use this again the challenge is the $7.99 fee - it is worth it but depending on your budget may not be as affordable especially if you are only one person spending the minimum of $50 to be eligible for delivery. At $7.99 it's great value but if it was cheaper like $5 I think it would be a great deal!

Easy Ordering

I received a discounted coupon from Chick Advisor. This was my first experience using a grocery delivery service Ordering online with Voilà was very easy & not only are items from Sobeys, but also from Farm Boy and other companies. I was able to have my groceries come the next day as early as 6am. My order came within my time slot and the diver was exceptional nice and explained how Voilà picks your items, delivers them checking temperature at each stop. The truck was very clean & they have a spot for pantry items, fridge items & freezer items. My order was correct & only one bread item had an expiry date within 3 days & after I emailed them about it, I was refunded that cost right away Very happy with this service.

The safest way to get groceries!

I've been jumping from delivery service to delivery service when it comes to my necessities because I'm high-risk. When I heard about Voila's service and how the products were gathered in their factory rather than through the actual stores, I knew their process would have less human involvement and more safety precautions.

Their selection online is a bit limited and oftentimes for people with special diets, they're unable to find what they're looking for. But for an average person, their selection is decent.

Delivery was smooth and the duo that came to deliver were very polite and efficient.

A+ service, a small hiccup fixed!

The experience in using Voila was far better than I expected. Sobey's has its act together with regards to offering an easy to use, seamless site and post customer service.

The website was simply laid out where you just couldn't get lost in searching for your items. The sales category was especially helpful too in adding items I wasn't thinking of. Scheduling a delivery was easy, next day was available (which can be hard to come by on a weekend). Payment and order confirmation processed without issue. I was even able to add items to my order before a well reasonable cut off time.

Delivery arrived within 15 minutes of my window start time. Very friendly employee who provided all items in order. Unfortunately, one fruit pack had gone south but customer service was phenomenal. They resolved the issue on the spot... showing a true commitment to freshness!

The service was useful for my busy family needs. The grocery prices are higher than I'm used to and the fee slightly higher than currently used competitor, but in a pinch, I would definitely use this service again. Now if only curbside pick up was available... I would be there every week ;)
